Abstract

A lifting device for a structure at height, comprising, along a main axis (A), a guide sleeve (20) receiving at its base a hydraulic cylinder (2), and a column resting on the cylinder (2) which is guided within the sleeve (20), comprising two tubes (30, 40) nested one inside the other with an axial shimming system between them, giving several lengths to the column. The nesting between the two tubes (30, 40) includes two axially spaced guide rings (26, 28), each ring (26, 28) being fixed to a first tube (30) and sliding within the second tube (40) with a guide clearance.
