Abstract

TITLE: DEVICE FOR FIXING WOOD-FRAME PANELS ON A PRIMARY CONCRETE STRUCTURE OF A BUILDING AND CORRESPONDING FIXING METHOD The invention relates to a device (1) for fixing a lower panel (9a) and an upper panel (9b) to a concrete slab (8) which comprises: - a main fixing element (11) including in particular fixing means (112) to the concrete slab which are embedded in the slab after the concrete has been poured; - a first bracket (12) fixed to the lower panel (9a) and to the main fixing element; - a second bracket (13) fixed to the upper panel (9b) and to the main fixing element (11); and - means for adjusting (14) the vertical position of the second bracket (12) relative to the main fixing element (11). The invention thus proposes to integrate the fixing of timber frame panels into the structural work operations.Since the main fixing element is embedded in the slab during the concrete pouring process, it can be used as a formwork element for pouring the slab.
