[0029] The present invention provides a safety bifurcated needle, referring to FIGs 1 to 4, including a bifurcated needle 100, where a protection outer housing 200 covers an outer side of the bifurcated needle 100; and protection for the bifurcated needle 100 on the inner side may be achieved by means of the protection outer housing 200 on the outer side.

[0030] The protection outer housing 200 includes a positioning component 210 configured to clamp and position the middle part of the bifurcated needle 100, where one end of the positioning component 210 is detachably connected to a first protection housing 220, the first protection housing 220 protects one end of the bifurcated needle 100, the other end of the positioning component 210 is rotatably connected to a second protection housing 230, and the second protection housing 230 protects the other end of the bifurcated needle 100. During use, the bifurcated needle 100 is embedded on the positioning component 210, one end of the bifurcated needle 100 is located in the first protection housing 220, and the other end thereof is located in the second protection housing 230. Before use, protection for the bifurcated needle 100 on the inner side may be achieved, and after use, it is very convenient to open the second protection housing 230 and place the bifurcated needle 100 in the protection outer housing 200 again, thereby avoiding the risk of accidental needle pricking with a tip of the bifurcated needle 100 and improving the safety of a recipient who needs the needle pricking and medical staff.

[0031] Specifically, the positioning component 210 includes a rubber sheath 211, where a positioning hole 2111 is formed on an inner side of the rubber sheath 211, and the bifurcated needle 100 is clamped and fixed by means of the positioning hole 2111. The rubber sheath 211 is provided with a first clamping groove 2112 in a penetrating manner along the axial direction, where the above-mentioned “penetrating” refers to penetrating two ends thereof along the axial direction of the rubber sheath 211, and at the same time, the first clamping groove 2112 is in communication with the positioning hole 2111; and when connected, the rubber sheath 211 may be sleeved directly to the middle part of the bifurcated needle 100 by means of the first clamping groove 2112.

[0032] Further, the width of the first clamping groove 2112 is less than the diameter of the bifurcated needle 100, the diameter of the positioning hole 2111 is equal to or less than that of the bifurcated needle 100; and due to the elasticity of the rubber sheath 211, after being clamped, the bifurcated needle 100 can be elastically clamped to maintain the position thereof fixed.

The first support sleeve 213 is connected to the first protection housing 220, and the second support sleeve 214 is connected to the second protection housing 230. By providing a plurality of support poles 212, and a first support sleeve 213 and a second support sleeve 214 on two ends, a connection may be formed with the first protection housing 220 and the second protection housing 230 at two sides, and after connection, an integral body is formed with the rubber sheath 211,so that the integral body has certain bending strength. The bifurcated needle 100 on the inner side can be protected while being positioned.

[0034] The first support sleeve 213 is in threaded connection to the first protection housing 220, and the second support sleeve 214 is adhered to the second protection housing 230.

[0036] The second protection housing 230 includes a base 231, where a middle part of the base 231 is provided with a mounting hole 2311, and the base 231 is connected to the second support sleeve 214 by the means of the mounting hole 2311. The base 231 is provided with a third clamping groove 2312, and the third clamping groove 2312 is in communication with the mounting hole 2311 and aligned with the second clamping groove 2141. By providing the third clamping groove 2312, when the unused bifurcated needle 100 is packaged, by directly embedding into the first clamping groove 2112 by means of the middle part, the pricking end of the bifurcated needle 100 is located on the inner side of the second protection housing 230, and passes through the third clamping groove 2312 to enter the inner side of the mounting hole 2311.

[0037] A safety sheath 232 is rotatably connected to one side of the base 231, the safety sheath 232 is provided with a slot 2321 along the length direction, the width of the slot 2321 is greater than that of the bifurcated needle 100, and when the safety sheath 232 is rotated, the bifurcated needle 100 can enter the slot 2321 or slide out from the slot 2321. By rotatably providing the safety sheath 232, the bifurcated needle 100 may be covered. The bifurcated needle 100 may be protected before use, and when the pricking is finished, the safety sheath 232 may be opened directly and the bifurcated needle 100 is placed on the inner side of the protection outer housing 200 to avoid the risk of accidental needle pricking with a tip of the bifurcated needle 100, so that the bifurcated needle 100 can be safely recycled after use, and the safety of a recipient who needs the needle pricking and medical staff can be improved.

[0038] A locking structure 233 is provided between the safety sheath 232 and the base 231, and when the safety sheath 232 is rotated to be parallel to the first protection housing 220, one end of the safety sheath 232 abuts the base 231, and the locking structure 233 connects the safety sheath 232 and the base 231. By providing the locking structure 233, the locking structure 233 may lock the safety sheath 232 when the safety sheath 232 is rotated to cover the bifurcated needle 100, thereby preventing the safety sheath 232 from automatically opening during closure.
