Description

[0002] During the test of building materials, it is necessary to clean building aggregates such as sand and stones to remove impurities such as silt. However, the manual cleaning effect is poor, and all water-soluble impurities cannot be fully removed. After washing is completed, the aggregates are dried or put into an oven for drying to prevent excess moisture from affecting test data. However, drying needs a certain site, and the weather conditions can affect the drying effect, so that the stability of the test data is reduced. A fixed oven can only dry a part of aggregates at a time, and it is necessary to constantly change the aggregates. After drying, in order to meet the needs of test particle size distribution, building aggregates with different particle sizes need to be screened out. When an ordinary test sieve is used, the working efficiency is low because of limited area of the sieve. In the above-mentioned process, a number of instruments and equipment, such as a test sieve and an oven, are involved, and the building aggregates are large in dead weight, so that time and energy are wasted during the operation.

[0003] Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a building-aggregates washing, screening and drying integrated modular sampling device. SUMMARY

Vibration units are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the screen fixing rings, and are respectively capable of transmitting to the replaceable screens, so that a screening effect of the building aggregates in the screens is better.

[0006] The first, second and third lifting rods each are the same in lengths and lifting heights. The joints of the lifting rods can rotate freely, so that pouring of building aggregates in the replaceable screen is realized.

[0007] Each replaceable screen is conical in shape to facilitate to pour the building aggregates. The building aggregates are convenient to wash. Water flows into the drain outlet in a concentrated manner, and residual building aggregates at the edge of the replaceable screen can also be prevented.

[0008] The discharging area is provided with an aggregate conveyor belt. A pulley is mounted on the aggregate conveyor belt. The pulley is connected to a guide rail. A telescopic conveying pipe is mounted on the guide rail. The telescopic conveying pipe is movable freely on the conveyor belt, and the length of the telescopic conveying pipe can be accurately adjusted according to the height of the replaceable screen and the guide rail to guide the pouring of building aggregates.

[0009] The drying area is provided with a rotary drum. The conveyor belt extends into the feed port of the rotary drum, and the rest portion of the feed end is closed to prevent the aggregates from falling out. A hot air blower is arranged on an inner side of the discharge end of the rotary drum. The aggregates are heated and dried with hot air by using the hot air blower. A discharge port is formed in the discharge end. A motor and a fixed support are arranged below the rotary drum. The fixed support is inclined. A feed end of the fixed support is slightly higher than a discharge end of the fixed support. The motor drives the rotary drum to rotate, so that the building aggregates roll towards the discharge port.

[0010] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following technical effects.

[0011] The sampling device in the present disclosure has the advantages of clear divided areas, high modularization, mutual coordination and independence among modules, and is convenient for disassembly and maintenance if a problem occurs in one area. The screening and washing area realizes automatic screening and washing of building aggregates. Through the linkage coordination of the lifting rods, the separation and combination of the screen fixing rings are realized, the screen is easy to be replaced in an electromagnetic fixing mode, the conical screen facilitates the pouring of aggregates, and facilitates washing, and the water flows into the drain outlet in a concentrated manner. The discharging area is equipped with the telescopic conveying pipe, and the position of the guide rail and the height of the conveying pipe are adjusted through the coordination of the pulley and the guide rail, so that the conveying pipe is convenient to move to various replaceable screens, so as to realize the independent transportation of aggregates with different particle sizes. The rotary drum type drying area can quickly dry and dehydrate building aggregates, and the building aggregates can be used directly after being discharged and cooled. The working efficiency of in-situ engineering tests and indoor soil tests is preferably improved, and the sampling device has positive significance for the mix design of building materials.
