Abstract

The disclosure relates to an apparatus configured to send to a location server information indicating a set of models available at the apparatus for determining positioning information 900, receive from the location server information indicating a subset of models amongst the set of models to be activated and a combination function for combining outputs of the subset of models 902, activate the subset of models 904, and use the combination function for combining outputs of the subset of models 906. The set of models may achieve a same functionality in different scenarios. The subset of models may be determined based on an estimation of a user equipment movement in between scenarios for which models are available or in a scenario for which no model is available.
