[0029] The applicant found that when the packaging box was applied for packaging objects, such as bulk medicines, food, daily necessities, fast-moving consumer goods, before the packaging product in the package is used up, the package temporarily stores, collects and protects the objects. In order to be able to use the box repeatedly, a locking mechanism is usually installed to keep the box closed. However, when the packaging box is subjected to external force, the locking mechanism, is easily to be opened accidently, resulting in the overturning of the packaging object and affecting the use of the packaging object, in addition, children may open the locking mechanism curiously or accidently, causing the box to be opened accidently and thereby a safety risk.

[0030] In view of the above analysis, the applicant proposes a packaging box, in which the box cover is snap-fitted with the box body of the packaging box. The box cover is provided with a first snap-fit portion, and the box body is provided with a plurality of snap-in portions with different lengths along a first direction. When the packaging box is opened, in descending order of the lengths of the snap-in portions along the first direction, an edge of the first snap-fit portion away from the first opening sequentially abuts against edges of the plurality of snap-m portions away from the second opening. When the first snap-fit portion is disengaged from the second snap-in portion, the packaging box can be opened. Because when the first snap-fit portion is accidently disengaged from the first snap-m portion, the first snap-fit portion is still snap-fitted with the third snap-in portion, thereby reducing the possibility that the packaging box is opened accidently. First embodiment

[0031] FIG 1 is a schematic diagram of a packaging box in a closed state according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG 2 is a schematic diagram of a packaging box in an opened state according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. [0032 ] Referring to FIG I and FIG 2, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a packaging box, including: a box cover 1 provided with a first opening 13 and including a first side wall 11 and a first snap-fit portion 12, the first snap-fit portion 12 being located on an inner side the first side wall 11 and being connected with the first side wall 11; and a box body 2 provided with a second opening 23, the box cover 1 being configured to open or be snap-fitted to the second opening 23, and the box body 2 including a second side wall 21 extending along a first direction ¥ and at least two snap-m portions 2.2 provided on an outer side of the second side wall 21, with lengths of the at least two snap-in portions 22 being set different from each other along the first direction Y, wherein the at least two snap-in portions 22 are both located on the outer side of the second side wall 21, and when the packaging box is opened, in descending order of the lengths of the snap-in portions 22 along the first direction Y, an edge of the first snap-fit portion 12 away from the first opening 13 sequentially abuts against edges of the at least two snap-in portions 22 away from the second opening 23.

[0033] The box body 2 is applied as a main body of the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and is provided with an accommodating space for accommodating a packaging object. The second opening 23 is an opening of the accommodating space, and the packaging object can be placed in the accommodating space through the second opening 23. When the box cover 1 covers and fits the box body 2, at least part of the box body 2 is inserted into the first opening 13, and the box cover 1 covers the second opening 23. Wien the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is opened, the box cover 1 needs to be moved relative to the box body 2 in an opposite direction to an opening direction of the first opening 13.

[0034] The first snap-fit portion 12 is located on the inner side of the first side wall 11, the snap-in portion 22 is located on the outer side of the second side wall 21, and a snap-fitting structure can be formed between the first snap-fit portion 12 and one of the plurality of snap-in portions 22. Because distances from the plurality of snap-in portions 22 to the second opening 23 are not equal, in the opening process of the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a snap-fitting structure will firstly be formed between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22 with the largest length, and the box cover I can. no longer continue to be moved at this moment, thereby locking of the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure. In the descending order of the lengths, when the snap-fit structure between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22 with a larger length is released, the first snap-fit portion 12 will snap-fit the snap-in portion 22 with a smaller length. When the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion 12 and each snap-in portions 22 is released, the box cover 1 can continue to be moved, and the box cover 1 can be removed from the box body 2, that is, the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure can be opened.

[0035] When the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is in a closed state, if a faulty operation occurs or an external force is applied on the packaging box, and thus the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22 with a larger length is released, a snap-fitting structure will be formed between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22 with a smaller length, thereby preventing the box cover 1 from falling oft' from the box body 2, and reducing the risk that the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is opened accidently. In the same way, the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion 12 and die snap-in portion 22 with the largest length will be usually released by children’s faulty operation, and it is difficult to further release the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion 12 and other snap-in portions 22. Therefore, the possibility that the child mistakenly operates to open the packaging box can also be reduced. Because the risk of the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure being opened accidently can be effectively reduced, the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is suitable for long-distance transportation and extremely harsh environments. In addition, when the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is placed vertically, after the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22 with the largest length is released accidently, once the external force no longer acts on the box cover 1, the box cover 1 will fall back to its original position under the action of gravity, and the snap-fitting structure will be formed again between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22 with the largest length, so that the packaging box in the embodiments of the present di sclosure is restored to a cl osed state.

[0036] It should be noted that the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be made of cardboard material, hr the production, the cardboard is firstly cut and trimmed, and then bent and shaped. For example, the cardboard can be a corrugated paper, a white cardboard, or a kraft cardboard. Because the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is made of cardboard material, the packaging box itself has sufficient structural strength, which can meet the need of transportation, and also reduce a production cost of the packaging box and is conducive to environmental protection.

[0037] FIG 3 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of a packaging box when a first snap-fit portion is snap-fitted with a first snap-in portion according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG 4 is a partial cross-sectional diagram of a packaging box when a first snap-fit portion is snap-fitted with a first snap-in portion according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG 5 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of a packaging box when a first snap-fit portion is snap-fitted with a second snap-in portion according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG 6 is a partial cross-sectional diagram of a packaging box when a first snap-fit portion is snap-fitted with a second snap-in portion according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0038] Further, continuing with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, and in conjunction with FIGS. 3 to 6, the first side wall 11 is at least partially sleeved on the outer side of the second side wall 21. An end of the first snap-fit portion 12 close to the first opening 13 is bent and connected with an end of the first side wall 11 close to the first opening 13, and at least part of the first snap-fit portion 12 protrudes relative to the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11 by a predetermined distance.

[0039] The first side wall 11 is sleeved on the outer side of the second side wall 21, and the first snap-fit portion 12. located on the inner side of the first side wall 11 can snap-fit the snap-m portion 22 located on the outer side of the second side wall 21. The first snap-fit portion 12 and the first side wall 11 are m an integrated structure, and are bent at a junction of the first snap-fit portion 12 and the first side wall I L so that the first snap-fit portion 12 can be bent onto the inner side of the first side wall 11. [00401 It should be noted that the first snap-fit portion 12 and the first side wall 11 can be made in a material with certain elasticity and plasticity, for example, cardboard. Considering that the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is made of cardboard material, when the first snap-fit portion 12 is bent and connected with the first side wall 11, it is prone for the cardboard material to return to its original shape due to its own elasticity. Therefore, due to the elasticity of the materials of the first snap-fit portion 12 and the first side wall 11, the first snap-fit portion 12 will be slightly inclined relative to the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11, so that part of the first snap-fit portion 12 protrudes relative to the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11. In addition, the box body 2 can be aligned with the box cover 1 during the snap-fitting process by the inclined first snap-fit portion 12. When the first snap-fit portion 12 is formed in a plate-shaped structure, an end of the first snap-fit portion 12, far away from the first opening 13, is suspended and protrudes relative to the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11 and is adapted to be snap-fitted to the snap-in portion 22. Exemplarily, the predetermined distance can be 1 -2mm. Because the first snap-fit portion 12 and the first side wall 11 are bent at the junction, when the box cover 1 is snap-fitted to die box body 2, the first snap-fit portion 12 does not interfere with them during the snap-fitting process. [0041[ Further, continuing with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, an end of the snap-in portion 22 close to the second opening 23 is bent and connected with an end of the second side wall 21 close to the second opening 23, and at least part of the snap-in portion 22 protrudes relative to the outer wail surface of the second side wall 21. When the packaging box is opened, the part of the outer wail surface of the snap-in portion 22 protruding relative to the second side wall 21 abuts against the part of the inner side wall of the first snap-fit portion 12 protruding relative to the first side wall 11.

[0042] The snap-in portion 22 and the second side wall 21 are in an integrated structure, the snap-in portion 2,2 and the second side wall 21 are bent at the junction, and the snap-in portion 22 can be bent to the outer side of the second side wail 21. It should be noted that the snap-in portion 22 and the second side wall 21 can be made in a. material with certain elasticity and plasticity, for example, cardboard. Considering that the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is made of cardboard material, when the snap-in portion 22 is bent and connected with the second side wall 21, it is prone for the cardboard material to return to its original shape due to its own elasticity. Therefore, due to the elasticity of the material of the snap-in portion 22 and the second side wall 21, the outer wall surface of the snap-in portion 22 wall be slightly inclined relative to the outer wall surface of the second side wall 21, so that part of the snap-in portion 22 protrudes relative to the outer wall surface of the second side wall 21. When the second side wall 21 and the snap-portion 22 are in a plate-shaped structure, an end of the inclined snap-in portion 22, far away from the second opening 23, is suspended and protrudes relative to the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11 and is adapted to be snap-fitted to the first snap-fit portion 12.

[0043] Further, when the packaging box is closed, the first snap-fit portion 12 is sequentially snap-fitted with the plurality of snap-in portions 22 in ascending order of the length along the first direction Y. When the first snap-fit portion 12 is snap-fitted with the snap-in portion 22, a sound of not less than 40dB is generated. When the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is closed, the box cover 1 is snap-fitted with the box body 2, and the first snap-fit portion 12 will simultaneously press the snap-in portion 22 until the first snap-fit portion 12 is snap-fitted with the snap-in portion 22. At this moment, the first snap-fit portion 12 no longer presses the snap-in portion 22. Considering that the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-m portion 22 are both bent and formed by the cardboard structure with certain elasticity, the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22 will both have a small amount of rebound, users can feel the vibration during the rebounding, and can hear the "click" sound that the material vibrates during the rebounding, which can help the users determine that the first snap-fit portion 12 is snap-fitted with the snap-in portion 22 at this moment. Tn the same way, when the first snap-fit portion 12 is snap-fitted with the snap-in portion 22, the material will rebound due to its elasticity, causing vibration touch and vibration to occur, so that the users can feel the touch and hear the “click” sound.

[0044] Further, continuing to refer to FIGS. I to 6, the snap-in portion 22 includes a first snap-in portion 22A and a second snap-in portion 22B, and the length of the first snap-m portion 22A along the first direction Y is greater than that of the second snap-in portion 22B. The first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B are both of the plate-shaped structure, the first snap-m portion 22A is provided with a first notch 221, and the second snap-m portion 22B is located at the first notch 221. Shapes and sizes of the second snap-m portion 22B and the first notch 221 are the same.

[0045] Along the first direction Y, a plurality of snap-in portions 22 with different lengths may be provided, and in order to facilitate illustration, the snap-m portions 22 of two different lengths as an example is illustrated in the present disclosure. The length of the first snap-m portion 22A is greater than that of the second snap-in portion 22B along the first direction Y.

[0046] When the first snap-m porti on 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B are both of the plate-shaped structure, because the first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-m portion 22B are both bent and connected at the edge of the second opening 23, with the first notch 221 provided in the first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B provided in the first notch 221, mutual interference between the first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B can be effectively avoided. During production, the first snap-in portion 22A and the second side wall 21 can be cut and formed, then the first snap-in portion 22A is bent to the outer side of the second side wall 21, and the first snap-in portion 22A is cut. The second snap-in portion 22B is defined by a first cutting line and a bending line between the first snap-in portion 22A and the second side wall 21. After the second snap-in portion 22B is bent relative to the first snap-in portion 22A, the first cutting line on the first snap-in portion 22A and the bending line define the first notch 221. Therefore, the production process of the first snap-in portion 22 A and the second snap-in portion 22B can be simplified. |0047| Further, continuing with FIGS. 3 to 6, thicknesses of the first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B are equal. A gap is arranged between the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11 and the outer wall surface of the second side wall 21, and a width of the gap is equal to a sum of a thickness of the first snap-fit portion 12, a thickness of the first snap-in portion 22A and an outward release distance.

[0048] When the first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B are both of the plate-shaped structure, the thicknesses of the first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B are equal. Considering that the first snap-fit portion 12 will be inclined relative to the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11, the first snap-in portion 22A and the second snap-in portion 22B are inclined relative to the outer wall surface of the second side wall 21, the gap is arranged between the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11 and the outer wall surface of the second side wall 21 to enable the box cover 1 to be smoothly snap-fitted with the box body 2. That is, the width of the gap is greater than a sum of the thickness of the first snap-fit portion 12 and the thickness of the first snap-in portion 22A, and the width of the gap is equal to the sum of the thickness of the first snap-fit portion 12, the thickness of the first snap-in portion 22A and the outward release distance. That is, the first snap-fit portion 12 is pressed on the inner wall surface of the first side wall II, and the first snap-in portion 22A is pressed on the outer wall surface of the second side wall 21, and there is still a certain outward release distance as an assembly allowance of the box cover 1 to be snap-fitted with the box body 2. When the box cover 1 is assembled with the box body 2, the first snap-fit portion 12 rebounds under the elastic action of the material itself, is inclined relative to the inner wall surface of the first side wall 11, and simultaneously the first snap-in portion 22 A rebounds under the elastic action of the material itself, and is inclined relative to the outer wall surface of the second side wall 21, so that a snap-fitting structure can still be formed by a suspended end of the first snap-fit portion 12 and a suspended end of the first snap-in portion 22.A. It should be noted that, the outward release distance can be 0.5-1 mm.

[0049] Further, continuing with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, at least two first snap-fit portions 12 are provided, and located at two ends of the first side wall 11 along the second direction X. The second direction X is perpendicular to the first direction Y. At least two snap-in portions 22 with equal length along the first direction Y are provi ded, and located at two ends of the second side wall 21 along the second direction. Along the second direction X, the first snap-fit portions 12 are arranged at two ends of the first side wall 11 respectively, and when the box cover 1 is snap-fitted with the box body 2, the box cover 1 can be directly snap-fitted with the box body 2 without distinguishing the front and back of the box cover 1 along the second direction X, thereby simplifying the snap-fitting process of the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The first snap-fit portion 12 is arranged on each side of the first side wall 11, and both ends of the box cover 1 can be snap-fitted with the box body 2, so that a force is evenly distributed over the box cover 1, further reducing the possibility that the packaging box is opened accidently. In addition, when the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure is large, the snap-fitting of the box cover 1 and the box body 2 needs to be released by lifting both ends along the second direction X with two hands, which is more ergonomic. The box body 2 needs to be placed on a stable plane when opening to facilitate the operation of both hands, which is conducive to reducing the risk of tipping over of the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0050] Further, continuing to refer to FIGS. I to 2, the first side wall 11 is provided with a second notch Hl and an pressing portion 112 located at the second notch Ill, and the pressing portion 112 is bent and connected with the first side wall 11. When the first snap-fit portion 12 abuts against the first snap-in portion 22 A, at least part of the snap-in portion 22 is positioned in the second notch 111.

[0051] The pressing portion 112 is adapted to release the snap-fitting. When the first snap-fit portion 12 abuts against the snap-in portion 22, thereby forming a snap-fitting structure, the snap-in portion 22 is positioned at the second notch 111 and is in an exposed state, to press the pressing portion 112 located at the second notch 111. The pressing portion 112 passes through the second notch 111, and presses the snap-in portion 22, so that the snap-in portion 22 is separated from the first snap-fitting portion 12, thereby releasing the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the snap-in portion 22. It should be noted that the snap-fit portion 22 does not enter the second notch 111 or protrude from the second notch 111, so the second notch 111 does not interfere with the movement of the snap-in portion 22.

[0052] When opening the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the pressing portion 112 is pressed to release the snap-fitting of the first snap-fit portion 12 and the first snap-in portion 22A; the box cover 1 is moved relative to the box body 2 until a snap-fitting structure is formed between the first snap-lit portion 12 and the second snap-in portion 22B; the pressing portion 112 is pressed again to release the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion 12 and the second snap-in portion 22B; the box cover 1 is further moved until the box cover 1 is removed from the box body 2, that is, the packaging box is opened.

[0053] Further, continuing with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, an end of the pressing portion 112, away from the first opening 13, is connected with the edge of the second notch 111. The shape of the pressing portion 112 is the same as that of the second notch 11 1. When making the pressing portion 112, the first side wall 11 can be cut along a second cutting line and then bent to form the pressing portion 112, and the second cutting line and a bending line define the second notch 111, to simplify the production process of the pressing portion 112.

[0054] Further, continuing with FIGS. 1 to 6, at least two second notches 111 and at least two pressing portions 112 are provided, and the at least two second notches 111 are arranged at two ends of the first side wall 11 along the second direction X. Along the second direction X, the pressing portions 112 arranged at two ends of the first side wall 11 can release the snap-fitting between the box body 2 and the box cover 1, which facilitates the opening of the packaging box in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0055] Further, each of the inner side of the box cover 1 and the inner side of the box body 2 is provided with a waterproof coating. The second opening 23 of the box body 2 abuts against the inner side of the box cover 1. The waterproof coating prevents moisture from entering the box, and plays a role in moisture and moisture resistance, and is suitable for packaging objects that are prone to moisture deterioration, such as pharmaceuticals. The second opening 23 abuts against the inner side of the box cover 1 to reduce the air circulation inside and outside the box, and plays a certain sealing effect. [00561 In the packaging box provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a snap-fitting structure can be formed between the first snap-fit portion of the box cover and the plurality of snap-in portions of the box body in sequence. When the packaging box is opened, the snap-fitting between the first snap-fit portion and different snap-in portions is released in sequence according to the descending order of the lengths of the snap-in portions along the first direction. When the snap-in portion with a larger length is disengaged from the first snap-fit portion, the first snap-fit portion will be snapped in the snap-in portion with a smaller length, and when the first snap-fit portion is disengaged from the snap-in portion with the smallest length, the packaging box can be opened, thereby reducing the possibility of the box cover being opened accidently and reducing the safety risk caused by children accidentally opening the packaging box.

[0057] The above contents are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and do not intend to limit the scope of the present disclosure, and all equivalent structural or equivalent process transformations made by the contents of the description and drawings of the present disclosure, or directly or indirectly applied in other related technical fields, are similarly included in the scope of the present disclosure.
