Abstract
Description
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a downlight, and more particularly to a power acquisition device for a face ring of a downlight. Background of the Invention As we all know, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous progress in science and technology, it has become a trend to make electronic products intelligent. It is known for a downlight to be provided with an infrared sensing device and an optical sensing device installed in the face ring of the downlight. However, since the infrared sensing device and the optical sensing device acquire power through conductors (wires) connected with a light plate in the process of production and application, it is usually necessary to guarantee that the conductors are long enough to avoid damage caused by a pull. If the conductors (wires) are too long, the material cost and the labour cost increase on the one hand, and the winding of the conductors (wires) in the light body makes it more difficult to install other components on the other hand. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a conductor-free power acquisition device of the face ring in a downlight. In other words, it is an object of the present invention to provide power to a face ring of a downlight, for example to power at least one sensing device installed in the face ring of the downlight, without using wiring. The present invention provides a solution to the above-mentioned technical problem as follows. According to the present invention there is provided a power acquisition device of the face ring in a downlight, the power acquisition device structurally comprises a light body and a face ring to be fixed on the light body through a turn-to-click-on connection structure, a placement chamber is provided on the back of the face ring, a sensing plate is provided in the placement chamber of the face ring, the sensing plate comprises a sensing device mounting plate, at least one sensing device provided on the sensing device mounting plate, and an in-line power acquisition pin header connected with the sensing device, and the in-line power acquisition pin header comprises a plurality of in-line flexible power acquisition pins; a light plate, an adapting power acquisition plate located on the outer side of the light plate and an insulating fixing ring located on the outer side of the adapting power acquisition plate are provided in the light body, the adapting power acquisition plate comprises: an adapting power acquisition mounting plate and at least one adapting conductor group provided on the adapting power acquisition mounting plate to match the in-line power acquisition pin header, each adapting conductor group comprises arcuate adapting conductors corresponding to the in-line flexible power acquisition pins, and an in-line flexible power acquisition pin is connected to a corresponding power acquisition position on the light plate after being connected with the arcuate adapting conductor corresponding to the same in-line flexible power acquisition pin on the adapting power acquisition mounting plate; arcuate power acquisition pin through-holes corresponding to the arcuate adapting conductors are opened in the insulating fixing ring, and the in-line flexible power acquisition pins respectively pass through the corresponding arcuate power acquisition pin through-holes in the insulating fixing ring to abut against the corresponding arcuate adapting conductors. In an example, the in-line power acquisition pin header is radially arranged, that is to say, all in-line flexible power acquisition pins of the in-line power acquisition pin header are arranged on a straight line passing the central point of the face ring. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the sensing plate is provided on the face ring through a sensing plate upper cover and a pin header passage for installing the in-line power acquisition pin header is opened in the sensing plate upper cover. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the face ring is installed on the face ring mounting side of the light body through a cushion spacer. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the cushion spacer is an annular foam spacer. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the sensing device is an infrared sensing head. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the specific installation mode of the infrared sensing head is that: an infrared sensing mounting hole matching the infrared sensing head is opened in the face ring and the infrared sensing head is installed in the infrared sensing mounting hole in the face ring. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the sensing device includes an optical sensing device. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the optical sensing device is an optical resistor, and the specific installation mode of the optical sensing device is that: an optical sensing mounting hole matching the optical resistor is opened in the face ring and the optical resistor is installed in the optical sensing mounting hole after an O-ring is put on. In an example, in the power acquisition device of the face ring of a downlight, the turn-to-click-on connection structure comprises a face ring mounting side provided on the light body, at least two notches are evenly and circumferentially provided on the face ring mounting side, at least one retaining boss matching one of the notches is provided on the back of the face ring mounting side, a click-on connector corresponding to the notch on the face ring mounting side of the light body is provided on the back of the face ring, at least one retaining boss is provided on the corresponding side of at least one notch on the back of the face ring mounting side of the light body, the click-on connector is inserted into the corresponding notch on the facing ring mounting side and is turned to go over the retaining boss so that the face ring stably presses against the light body; correspondingly, adapting conductor groups corresponding to the click-on connectors on the face ring are provided on the adapting power acquisition mounting plate. Advantageous effects of the present invention are as follows. A sensing plate is installed in the face ring, an adapting power acquisition plate is additionally installed in the light body, and an in-line flexible power acquisition pin is connected to a corresponding power acquisition position on the light plate after being connected with the arcuate adapting conductor corresponding to the same in-line flexible power acquisition pin on the adapting power acquisition mounting plate. In this way, the power acquisition of the related sensing device is realized during the installation of the face ring so that it is very convenient to install the face ring and the conductor-free power acquisition of the sensing device on the face ring. In addition, since the in-line power acquisition pin header is radially arranged, that is, all in-line flexible power acquisition pins of the in-line power acquisition pin header are arranged on a straight line passing the central point of the face ring, it is very convenient to arrange the corresponding arcuate adapting conductors. Furthermore, since a boss which can be screwed up is provided on the corresponding side of at least one notch on the back of the face ring mounting side, the face ring can press tightly against the light body so that the connection between the face ring and the light body is closer.
