Description

SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention refers to a non-slip pallet, to improve adherence when stacking it with others as well as to facilitate their transportation within the plant. PREDECESSORS OF THE INVENTION Pallets are currently manufactured in the form of a plastic, unibody piece, provided with a ribbed load deck and equipped with legs, between which there are holes for fitting in the rods of a pallet jack or forklift stacker, and they may include lower crosspieces between some or all of these legs. In this case, the applicant is the owner of the utility model 202230859. In general, when the pallets are in use, it is necessary to transport them empty to the loading and shrink-wrapping areas of the goods meant to be transported on them. To save on resources during this process, multiple equal, empty pallets are transported in stacks using a pallet jack, which lifts the stack from the bottom pallet. These transports are carried out as quickly as possible in order to optimise the process, but the abrupt movements of starting, stopping, and directional changes of the pallet jack can destabilise said device and cause it to collapse, which limits the possible height of the stacks and increases costs; otherwise, it is necessary to use additional means. In some pallet models with a VMF (closed) design, stability is achieved by means of buffers or movement limiters on the pallet's upper part, or loading surface, which prevent it from moving when empty; however, in other types of plastic pallets, this option is not possible due to the structure of the pallet (when the lower part has smaller dimensions than the upper loading surface), a problem which is solved with the invented pallet. In connection with the invention, some are also known to have plastic separator slats which are inserted in the pallet deck, between the pallet’s levels or tiers, and a recirculation and washing circuit, which is an important part of the distribution business. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invented stackable non-slip pallets are the type that are made of a plastic, unibody piece, normally provided with a ribbed load deck and equipped with legs, between which there are certain holes for fitting in the rods of a pallet jack, which may include lower crosspieces among some or all of said legs, and the load deck may also include a perimeter flange to increase its surface area with respect to the legs, the dimensions of which are standardised in order to adapt to the distance and dimensions of the pallet jack’s rods, which are also standardised; and where, in accordance with the invention, said pallet is comprised of: -a rough texture on the lower free edges of some of the lower ribs that make up the base of the pallet, and -a few granulated areas for greater adherence on the load deck, in the support areas of the aforementioned rough-textured areas. This innovation improves the stability and adherence of the pallets without a load (empty) and during the transport process in pallet columns (not strapped) in the different phases of the usage process (in the storage area, bottling area, etc.), even in sudden start and stop movements, in such a way that, although there is movement and inertia between the pallets in the stack, they do not move or rotate among themselves, maintaining the assembly’s vertical position. In addition, the stability of the load on each pallet is also improved, as well as the adherence of each pallet to the floor of the transport truck bed. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 shows a top view of the invented pallet with a slatted load separator. Figure 2 shows a bottom view of the invented pallet. Figures 3 and 4 show the RFID circuit and its casing's location on the pallet. PREFERRED METHOD TO CONSTRUCT THE INVENTION The invention of stackable non-slip pallets are the type that are made of a plastic, unibody piece, normally provided with a ribbed load deck, and equipped with legs, between which The invented non-slip pallet (1) is the type made of a plastic, unibody piece with a ribbed (20) load deck (2) and legs (3), between which there are holes (4) for inserting the rods of a pallet jack or forklift stacker, and, in this non-limiting example, it also includes some lower crosspieces (5) between some or all of said legs (3), and an oversized perimeter flange (21) on the load deck (2); and, according to the invention, it is also comprised of: -a rough texture (101) on the lower free edges of some of the lower ribs that make up the base of the pallet (see fig. 2), and -a few granulated areas (102) for greater adherence on the load deck (2) in the support areas of the aforementioned rough-textured areas (101). Preferably, the rough-textured areas (101) cover the entirety of the lower free edges of the lower crosspieces (5) and legs (3) that make up the base of the pallet, and the granulated areas (102) on the longitudinal lateral solid parts (103) and longitudinal central solid parts (104) of the load deck (2), and in some intermediate upper ribs (105) (between these parts). Several tests have been carried out, and this is the configuration that has delivered the best results. In addition, the invention provides for the possibility of adding on some rubber portions (106) (grommets) inserted in the lower part of the load deck (2), aligned with the pallet jack’s rods. This feature works in combination with the previous ones, as it not only improves the adherence between pallets when in transport, one on top of the other, but also improves adhesion in the contact between the first pallet in the column and the forklift rods, achieving better stabilisation of the stack along with the movements of the pallet jack. In addition to all of the above, the invented pallet may also have other optional additional features. It is preferred, for example (see fig. 1) for the load deck (2) to have dimensions equal to those of a plastic slat level separator (100) in stacks of goods, and for the upper face of the load deck (2) to include corner centring pivots (22) corresponding to corner notches (110) in the separator (100). It is also preferred for the load deck (2) to have a dimension of 1 x 1.20 metres, for the overall height of the pallet (1) to be 155 millimetres, and for the lateral flange (21) of the load surface (2) to have a height of 37 millimetres. In addition, it is preferred for the pallet (1) to include (see figs. 3 and 4) a passive RFID circuit (31), to be able to be inserted in a casing (30), in a circuit holder (32) to be held in said casing (30), and including a protrusion (32a) that can be fitted into the opening of the casing (30). With the nature of the invention having been sufficiently described, as well as the manner in which it should be carried out in practice, it should be noted that the provisions indicated above and represented in the attached drawings are susceptible to detail modifications insofar as they do not alter the fundamental principle.
