Abstract

The attachment comprises a central camera and six tracking cameras arranged in a circle surrounding the central camera. A moving object, such as a ball, is detected in each frame captured by the tracking cameras, and the central pixel of the ball in the frame is determined. Using the known positional relationship of the tracking cameras, a known position of a reference object within the scene, and the central pixel of the ball in the frames, the ball’s location within the scene is determined. Using the determined position of the ball in each scene in each set of frames, the trajectory of the ball through the scene can be determined. The trajectory is animated and then superimposed onto the video captured by the central camera. The attachment connects to a mobile phone via a dock or via Bluetooth. The central camera may comprise the phone’s inbuilt camera.

Claims

1, A multiple lens mobile phone attachment and novelty lies in the shape and configuration of the multiple lenses and that this includes the use a central lens as the main feed and that allows multi aspect digital processing of data from evenly spaced surrounding pairs of lenses that use triangulation and tagged data forwarded by 5 / 6 G to a processing centre or ‘the cloud’ in order to produce an accurate animated representation of a tracked moving object, a few seconds after the actual event has taken place and a mobile phone with a lens forming the main capture lens connects to the lens assembly by a docking port and or bluetooth connection.2, A multiple lens mobile phone attachment and novelty lies in the shape and configuration of the multiple pairs of lenses that allow triangulation to place using the optimum perspectives and aspect views given the position of the main feed central lens and this allows multi aspect digital processing of data from evenly spaced surrounding pairs of lenses that use triangulation to calculate positional data and to tag this data which is forwarded by 5 / 6 G to a processing centre or ‘the cloud’ in order to produce an accurate animated representation of a tracked moving object, a few seconds after the actual event has taken place and a mobile phone with a lens forming the main capture lens connects to the lens assembly by a docking port and or bluetooth connection.3, A multiple lens mobile phone attachment and novelty lies in the shape and configuration of the multiple pairs of lenses that processes image data in a fast moving circular sequence around the central main capture lens that negates any minor movements made by the wearer and that allows multi aspect digital processing of data from evenly spaced surrounding pairs of lenses that use triangulation and tagged data forwarded by 5 / 6 G to a processing centre or ‘the cloud’ in order to produce an accurate animated representation of a tracked moving object, a few seconds after the actual event has taken place and a mobile phone with a lens forming the main capture lens connects to the lens assembly by a docking port and or bluetooth connection.4, A multiple lens mobile phone attachment and novelty lies in the use of a central image capture lens that is independent and centrally placed amongst the moving object tracking lenses that work in pairs and a mobile phone with a lens forming the main capture lens connects to the lens assembly by a docking port and or bluetooth connection.5, A multiple lens mobile phone attachment and novelty lies in the pattern and configuration and arrangement of lenses that has the effect of optimising the ability to track a moving object and replay the captured result quickly by having a central image that captures an image while the surrounding six lenses working in pairs send captured data using 5 or 6 G internet to a cloud central processing unit that collates the tagged data and assembles an animated replay on demand and this is sent back using a digital animated replay of an incident that had happened seconds earlier if called upon and the configuration of the lenses has the effect of negating real time movement by the wearer or operator of the equipment and a mobile phone with a lens forming the main capture lens connects to the lens assembly by a docking port and or bluetooth connection.6, A multiple lens mobile phone attachment and when the mobile phone is fitted in the recess of the assembly by means of a docking port and or bluetooth the mobile phones lens forms the main capture lens and the arrangement of lenses that has the effect of optimising the ability to track a moving object and replay the captured result quickly by having a central image that captures an image while the surrounding six lenses working in pairs send captured data using 5 or 6 G internet to a cloud central processing unit that collates the tagged data and assembles an animated replay on demand and this is sent back using a digital animated replay of an incident that had happened seconds earlier if called upon and the configuration of the lenses has the effect of negating real time movement by the wearer or operator of the equipment and a mobile phone with a lens forming the main capture lens connects to the lens assembly by a docking port and or bluetooth connection.
