Claims

1. An application of circHIFla in preparing a vaccine for resisting bacterial infection, characterized in that a nucleotide sequence of the circHIFla is shown in SEQ ID NO.1; andbacteria resisted by the vaccine are Glaesserella parasuis, Streptococcus suis 2 or 5 Staphylococcus aureus.

2. An application of a biomaterial overexpressing circHIFla in preparing a bacterial vaccine, characterized in that a nucleotide sequence of the circHIFla is shown in SEQ ID NO.1; whereinthe biomaterial overexpressing circHIFla is an expression vector or host cell 10 overexpressing circHIFla; andbacteria resisted by the bacterial vaccine are Glaesserella parasuis, Streptococcus suis 2 or Staphylococcus aureus.
