Abstract
Description
FIELD OF INVENTION The invention relates to a children’s mobility tool, in particular to a foldable sleeping basket and a stroller comprising the foldable sleeping basket. TECHNOLOGY BACKGROUND Some strollers are popular with consumers as they can be fitted with both child seats and sleeping baskets to carry younger babies. Most of the sleeping baskets adapted to existing children’s strollers can only rely on the top frame and the bottom frame of the up and down compression to achieve folding. The length can not be folded, and the cloth cover on the foldable sleeping basket needs to be removed, and the rod needs to be manually operated to release the support between the top frame and the bottom frame. The operation is extremely cumbersome. A small number of sleeping basket products can be folded in the direction of the length while two-stage folding is adopted and the sleeping basket folded in a V-shaped. As the sleeping basket pole body and folding joint itself occupy a certain space, after being folded, the end of the sleeping basket pole away from the folding joint has a larger opening angle, and a certain amount of space is occupied. What’s more, forcible compression may damage the cloth cover at the joints. CONTENT OF INVENTION This invention provides a foldable sleeping basket and a stroller comprising the foldable sleeping basket in order to solve the existing technical problems that the end of the sleeping basket pole away from the folding joint has a larger opening angle, a certain amount of space is occupied and forcible compression may damage the cloth cover at the joints after the sleeping basket is folded and closed. The invention is designed to solve the above technical problems by the following technical plans: A foldable sleeping basket is provided, which comprises an upper frame, a lower frame and a folding assembly. The upper frame comprises a 1st upper frame, a 2nd upper frame, and a 1st bendable part, wherein, the 1st upper frame is connected with the 2nd upper frame via the 1st bendable part. The 1st upper frame and the 2nd upper frame can be respectively folded towards each other via the rotating point at the connection with the 1st bendable part. The lower frame comprises a 1st lower frame, a 2nd lower frame and a 3rd lower frame, wherein, the 1st lower frame can be rotated and connected with one end of the 3rd lower frame, the 2nd lower frame can be rotated and connected with the other end of the 3rd lower frame, and the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame can be respectively folded towards each other via the rotating point at the connection with the 3rd lower frame. The foldable assembly comprises a 1st foldable part and a 2nd foldable part, wherein, the 1st foldable part is arranged between the 1st upper frame and the 1st lower frame, and the 2nd foldable part is arranged between the 2nd upper frame and the 2nd lower frame. When the 1st upper frame and the 2nd upper frame are folded towards each other, the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame are folded towards each other driven by the 1st foldable part and the 2nd foldable part. In this plan, the 1st upper frame is connected with the 2nd upper frame via the 1st bendable part, and can also be folded upward via the rotation point at the connection with the 1st bendable part. The 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame can be respectively folded towards each other via the rotation point at the connection with the 3rd lower frame. In addition, a 1st foldable part is arranged between the 1st upper frame and the 1st lower frame, and a 2nd foldable part is arranged between the 2nd upper frame and the 2nd lower frame. When the 1st upper frame is folded upward via the rotation point at the connection with the 1st bendable part, the 1st foldable part drives the 1st lower frame to be folded upward via the rotating point at the connection with the 3rd lower frame. Similarly, when the 2nd upper frame is folded upward, the 2nd upper frame drives the 3nd lower frame to be folded downward to reduce the space occupied by the sleeping basket for the ease of storage. When it is necessary to unfold the foldable sleeping basket for use, the 1st upper frame and the 2nd upper frame are pulled, which drives the unfolding of the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame. As the 3rd lower frame is arranged between the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame, the lower frame is folded in three sections, and the 3rd lower frame makes more accommodation space between the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame. For one thing, after being folded, the 1st lower frame, the 2nd lower frame and the 3rd lower frame are in the U shape. Compared to the two-section V-shape frame, less space is occupied. For another, the head and the cloth cover are less prone to be damaged due to extrusion and are flatter after the sleeping basket is folded. Preferably, the foldable sleeping basket also comprises a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is used to lock the 1st bendable part to prevent the 1st upper frame and the 2nd upper frame from being folded, as well as the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame. In this plan, when the sleeping basket is unfolded for use, the locking mechanism locks the 1st bendable part, and the 1st upper frame and the 2nd lower frame cannot be folded. As the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame are linked to the 1st upper frame and the 2nd upper frame via the 1st foldable part and the 2nd foldable part, when the 1st upper frame and the 2nd upper frame cannot be folded, the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame cannot be folded, either. Compared with depending on the fastening extent of the rotating point to maintain the use status of the sleeping basket, the above structure is safer and more stable. Preferably, an unlocking mechanism is arranged on the upper frame or the lower frame, and the unlocking mechanism can unlock the locking mechanism. In this plan, an unlocking mechanism is arranged on the upper frame and the lower frame. Compared with unlocking the locking mechanism on both sides manually, even putting aside the cloth cover on the sleeping basket to operate the 1st foldable part and the 2nd foldable part, this operation is more convenient and easier. Preferably, the 1st foldable part comprises a 1st connecting rod and a 1st supporting rod, wherein, one end of the 1st supporting rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st upper frame, and the other end of the 1 st supporting rod can be rotated and connected with the 3rd lower frame. The 1st connecting rod comprises a 1st sub-rob, a 2nd sub-rod and a 3rd sub-rod, wherein, the middle part of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the middle part of the 1st supporting rod, one end of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with one end of the 1st sub-rod, the other end of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with one end of the 2nd sub-rod, the other end of the 1st sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the part of the 1st bendable part in proximity to the 1 st bendable part, and the other end of the 2nd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the part of the 3rd lower frame away from the 3rd lower frame. The 2nd foldable part comprises a 2nd connecting rod, wherein, one end of the 2nd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 2nd upper frame, and the other end of the 2nd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 2nd lower frame. In this plan, when the 2nd upper frame is folded upward, the 2nd lower frame is driven to be folded upward. At the same time, the 2nd upper frame applies a downward force to the end of the 1st upper frame in proximity to the 1st bendable part to drive the 1st sub-rod to move downward via the 1st bendable part. In addition, the middle part of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the middle part of the 1st supporting rod. When the 1st sub-rod moves downward, the 3rd sub-rod is driven to be rotated at the connection between the 3rd sub-rod and the 1st supporting rod. As the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the 2nd sub-rod, the 1st sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st upper frame, and the 2nd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st lower frame. When the 3rd sub-rod rotates, the 2nd subrod is pulled to drive the 1st lower frame folded upward. Moreover, the 1st supporting rod is fixed and connected with the 3rd lower frame, in the folded state, the 1st upper frame, the 2nd upper frame, the 1st lower frame and the 2nd lower frame are in the same angle of inclination with the 1st supporting rod so that the sleeping basket can be tilted towards one direction to fit in the vehicle frame for the convenience of storage. Preferably, the 2nd foldable part also comprises a 3rd connecting rod, wherein, one end of the 3rd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 2nd upper frame, and the other end of the 3rd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 3rd lower frame. In this plan, the other end of the 3rd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 3rd lower frame. The connections between the 2nd foldable part and the upper / lower frame are disperse with even stress. Therefore, the structure is more stable and reliable, less prone to deformation. Preferably, the 1st foldable part comprises a 1st connecting rod, wherein, one end of the 1st connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 1 st upper frame, and the other end of the 1st connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st lower frame. In this plan, the 1st foldable part links to the folding motion of the 1st upper frame and the 1st lower frame via the 1st connecting rod arranged between the 1st upper frame and the 1st lower frame, with simple structure and lower production cost. Preferably, the 1st foldable part also comprises a 2nd connecting rod, wherein, one end of the 2nd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 1 st upper frame, and the other end of the 2nd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the connection between the 1st lower frame and the 3rd lower frame. In this plan, the other end of the 2nd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the connection between the 1st lower frame and the 3rd lower frame. The connections between the 1st foldable part and the upper / lower frame are disperse with even stress. Therefore, the structure is more stable and reliable, less prone to deformation. Preferably, the 2nd foldable part is arranged symmetrically with the 1st foldable part. In this plan, the 2nd foldable part is arranged symmetrically with the 1st foldable part. The 1st connecting rod comprises a 1st sub-rob, a 2nd sub-rod and a 3rd sub-rod, wherein, the middle part of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the middle part of the 2nd connecting rod, one end of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with one end of the 1st sub-rod, the other end of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with one end of the 2nd sub-rod, the other end of the 1st sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the part of the 1st upper frame in proximity to the 1st bendable part, and the other end of the 2nd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the part of the 1st lower frame away from the 3rd lower frame. In this plan, both ends of the 2nd connecting rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st upper frame and the connecting between the 1st lower frame and the 3rd lower frame. When the 1st upper frame is folded upward, the 2nd connecting rod is driven to rotate via the rotating point at the connection between the 1st lower frame and the 3rd lower frame. In addition, the middle part of the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the middle part of the 2nd connecting rod. When the 2nd connecting rod rotates, the 3rd sub-rod is driven to rotate at the connection between the 3rd sub-rod and the 2nd connecting rod. As the 3rd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st sub-rod and the 2nd sub-rod, the 1st sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st upper frame, and the 2nd sub-rod can be rotated and connected with the 1st lower frame, when the 3rd sub-rod rotates, the 2nd sub-rod is pulled to drive the 1st lower frame be folded upward. In addition, the 1st foldable part (31) is arranged between the 1st upper frame (11) and the 1st lower frame (21), and the 2nd foldable part (32) is arranged between the 2nd upper frame (12) and the 2nd lower frame (22). When the 1st upper frame (11) is folded upward via the rotation point at the connection with the 1st bendable part (13), the 1 st foldable part (31) drives the 1 st lower frame (21) to be folded upward via the rotating point at the connection with the 3rd lower frame (23). Similarly, when the 2nd upper frame (12) is folded upward, the 2nd lower frame (22) is driven to be folded downward to reduce the space occupied by the sleeping basket for the ease of storage. When it is necessary to unfold the foldable sleeping basket for use, the 1st upper frame (11) and the 2nd upper frame (12) are pulled, which drives the folding of the 1st lower frame (21) and the 2nd lower frame (22). As the 3rd lower frame (23) is arranged between the 1st lower frame (21) and the 2nd lower frame (22), the lower frame (2) is folded in three section. Of course, in other embodiments, the 3rd lower frame (23) may be of a two or more section structure, with more smooth transition at the bend. The 3rd lower frame (23) makes more accommodation space between the 1st lower frame (21) and the 2nd lower frame (22). For one thing, after being folded, the 1st lower frame (21), the 2nd lower frame (22) and the 3rd lower frame (23) are in the U shape. Compared to the two-section V-shape frame, less space is occupied. For another, the head and the cloth cover are less prone to damaged due to extrusion and are flatter after the sleeping basket is folded. Embodiment 3 As shown in Figures 10 to 12, this invention Embodiment 3 provides a foldable sleeping basket, wherein, the 1st foldable part (31) comprises a 1st connecting rod (311) and a 2nd connection rod (321), wherein, one end of the 2nd connecting rod (321) can be rotated and connected with the 1st upper frame (11), and the other end of the 2nd connecting rod (321) can be rotated and connected with the connection between the 1st lower frame (21) and the 3rd lower frame (23). The 1st connecting rod (311) comprises a 1st sub-rob (3111), a 2nd sub-rod (3112) and a 3rd sub-rod (3113), wherein, the middle part of the 3rd sub-rod (3113) can be rotated and connected with the middle part of the 2nd connecting rod (321), one end of the 3rd sub-rod (3113) can be rotated and connected with one end of the 1st sub-rod (3111), the other end of the 3rd sub-rod (3113) can be rotated and connected with one end of the 2nd sub-rod (3112), the other end of the 1 st sub-rod (3111) can be rotated and connected with the part of the 1 st upper frame (11) in proximity to the 1st bendable part (13), and the other end of the 2nd sub-rod (3112) can be rotated and connected with the part of the 1 st lower frame (21) away from the 3rd lower frame (23). In this plan, both ends of the 2nd connecting rod (321) can be rotated and connected with the 1st upper frame (11) and the connecting between the 1st lower frame (21) and the 3rd lower frame (23). When the 1st upper frame (11) is folded upward, the 2nd connecting rod (321) is driven to rotate via the rotating point at the connection between the 1st lower frame (21) and the 3rd lower frame (23). In addition, the middle part of the 3rd sub-rod (3113) can be rotated and connected with the middle part of the 2nd connecting rod (321). When the 2nd connecting rod (321) rotates, the 3rd sub-rod (3113) is driven to rotate at the connection between the 3rd subrod (3113) and the 2nd connecting rod (321). As the 3rd sub-rod (3113) can be rotated and connected with the 1 st sub-rod (3111) and the 2rd sub-rod (3112), the 1 st sub-rod (3111) can be rotated and connected with the 1st upper frame (11), and the 2nd sub-rod (3112) can be rotated and connected with the 1st lower frame (21), when the 3rd sub-rod (3113) rotates, the 2nd subrod (3112) is pulled to drive the 1st lower frame (21) be folded upward. In the structure, the 1st foldable part (31) is in the X shape, with even stress at the connections with the 1st upper frame (11) and the 1st lower frame (21). The structure is more stable and reliable. As a preferable embodiment, the 2nd foldable part (32) is arranged symmetrically with the 1st foldable part (31). The 2nd foldable part (32) is arranged symmetrically with the 1st foldable part (31). The sleeping basket is simple in structure and low in production cost. Of course, in other embodiments, the 1st foldable part (31) can adopt the method in Embodiment 2, and the 2nd foldable part (32) can adopt the method in Embodiment 3, to form an asymmetric arrangement. This embodiment also provides a stroller, which comprises the above foldable sleeping basket.
