This invention relates to a new type of scissors, mainly designed for kids and also for hair dressers when they cut children hairs. In both cases the use of these scissors gives us more safety against children injuries. The scissors available on the market present some difficulties and risks of injuries, Among These risks for example, sometimes when the child opens the scissors without paying attention, he can put his fingers between the blades, which can causes cut injuries. The second difficulty, it is a little bit difficult for a child to work comfortable with traditional scissors, this is because they are not sharp enough as the adults scissors. The issue for hair dresser is when he cuts agitated child's hair, this can causes a big risk of blinding the child. For more safety against children injuries, the present invention offers a scissors with a new design, which are composed of two parts as a traditional scissors; the difference consists in the first part of the scissors, where there is a finger holel, a handell, a Bladel and in addition an arched frame with a certain angle which is covered by a transparent, and unbreakable plastic allowing to see trough it when cutting paper for example. Between the Blade and the lower edge of the transparent plastic there is a slot of a certain thickness so that the child cannot enter his fingers through it. The length of the Bladel is a little bit longer than the radius of the arched frame, the outgoing side is used to catch paper for example and guide it along the slot. This design of scissors is a simplified version, which can be added two others versions for children and one version for hair dresser. - Scissors with transparent plastic covering one Side. - Scissors with transparent plastic covering Two Sides. -Scissors with transparent plastic covering two Sides with measurement tools. - Hair dresser Scissors. We can also stick transparent labels with a drawing of animals, vehicles or others things on the surface of the transparent plastic. In figure(l): the first part of the scissors composed of two others parts, a Blade (3) on which there is a Cutting egde (4) ends before the extremity of a few millimetres and comes out of a certain distance (5) from the radius of the arched frame(6) of the upper of the first part. Between the upper and the lower parts there is a Space which is covered with transparent plastic(7). This transparent plastic is sticked with a strong glue and also with Rivets(8) for more safety. The second part of the scissors is provided with a blade (11) where the Cutting edge(12) ends at the extremity. The assembly of the two parts of the scissors is done by the Screw (9) which is provided with a hole in the centre(lO) to be able to do angulaire measurement. The assembly of those elements gives us scissors one side protection of transparent plastic. In figure (2): there is a frame (13) of a certain thickness, a transparent plastic(14) covering both sides of the scissors, a plastic cover(15) which has a gape(16) to cover the blade(ll) when the Scissors is closed. The frame(13) and the transparent plastic are glued on the frame(6) using Rivets (17) and also a strong glue. The frame (13) creat a gape between the inner arched frame (6) and the transparent plastic so the blade(ll) will pivot freely without touching the transparent plastic (14). The cover(15) is sticked on the inner of the Blade (3) using rivets (16) and also strong glue. The assembly of those elements gives us scissors two sides protection of transparent plastic. In figure (3) we have a transparent plastic (18) with a small ruler(19) on the botom , a measurement tool(20) which includes a ruler(21), a protractor(22 ) and a square (23).it is assembled on the scissors with rivets(24) and also a strong glue. The assembly of those elements with the first part(l) and the second part(2) gives us the Double protected scissors with measurement tools. In figure(5): the first part(25) is composed with a Blade(27), where the Cutting edge(28) ends before the extremity of a small distance(29) and an arched frame(30) which is provided with a groove(31) and a Transparent plastic (32). The second part (26) has a blade (33) where the Cutting edge(34) ends at the extremity. The assembly of those elements give us hair dresser's Scissors.

1. A kid's more safety scissors, comprising on the first part a Blade, an arched frame, a transparent plastic covering the gape between the blade and the frame and in the second part, there is a Blade . the two parts are assembled by a screw.2.A kid's more safety Scissors according to claim 1, in which the cutting edge of the Blade in the first part stops before the extremity of a certain distance.3.A kid's more safety Scissors according to claim 1, in which the radius of the Blade in the First part is greater than the radius of the safety Arched frame.4.A kid's more safety Scissors according to claim 1, in which the extending distance of the Blade in the first part beyond the radius of the safety frame blocks for example the paper and guide it inside the slot.5.A kid's more safety Scissors according to claim 1, in which the transparent plastic has two roles, it serves to protect the two sides of the scissors by covering them and its transparency allows to have a good view for cutting.6.A kid's more safety Scissors according to claim 1, in which a measurements tools, a ruler, a square and a protractor can be added on the scissors.

7. A kid's more safety Scissors according to claim 1, in which the Blade in the first part of the Scissors is provided on inner side with a protector plastic, which serves to cover the Blade of the second part of the scissors in the closed position.
