[0033] FIGs. 1-7 show Example 1 of a lamp 200 with extensibility according to the present disclosure.
[0034] As shown in FIGs. 1 and 2, the lamp 200 includes a lamp housing 21, a lamp base structure 22, and a power supply assembly 27. The lamp housing 21 serves as a protective cover configured to better gather and concentrate light and reduce harm of light to eyes. Electric shock, dust and water can be prevented. The power supply assembly 27 is configured to provide power for the lamp 200. The power supply assembly 27 is arranged on the lamp base structure 22. The lamp base structure 22 is arranged in the lamp housing 21.
[0035] The lamp base structure 22 includes a fixing plate 23 and a functional module 24. The fixing plate 23 is made of metal, such that overall strength of the fixing plate 23 is enhanced, and the fixing plate 23 is flexible. The fixing plate 23 is arranged in the lamp housing 21, and the fixing plate 23 is long-strip-shaped, such that the fixing plate 23 may be provided with a plurality of universal module mounting positions 230 configured as buckles 241 of the functional module 24. The functional module 24 is provided with a mounting part 240, the functional module 24 is detachably fixed to the module mounting position 230 by means of the mounting part 240, and is electrically connected to a circuit of a power supply assembly 27 in the lamp 200. As the fixing plate 23 is provided with the plurality of universal module mounting positions 230, a user can flexibly and quickly mount a plurality of different functional modules 24 as required so as to upgrade functions of the lamp 200, thus improving extensibility of the lamp 200. Without replacement of the lamp 200, various functional modules 24 are conveniently added, such that the lamp 200 is suitable for various application environments. The user does not need to prepare a large number of lamps 200 with different functions, and cost of the user is reduced. Meanwhile, by means of a quick-clamping mounting structure, mounting convenience of the lamp 200 is improved.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 3, the module mounting positions 230 may be provided with clamping recesses 231, the mounting part 240 includes at least two buckles 241, the buckles 241 are clamped and fixed in the clamping recesses 231, and the clamping recesses 231 may be through slots, such that the buckles 241 penetrate the clamping recesses 231 and are clamped in the fixing plate 23, thus increasing stability of the functional module 24.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 3, specifically, the functional module 24 may be a color temperature adjustment module, an induction module, an emergency module, a phase module, a host module, a Bluetooth module, or the functional module 24, such that extensibility of the lamp 200 is improved. A functional surface is provided with a functional element 244, the functional surface is a top, and a surface opposite the top is a bottom. The buckles 241 include hooks 242 and elastic arms 243. One ends of the elastic arms 243 are arranged on one side surface of the functional module 24. The hooks 242 are vertically arranged on the other ends of the elastic arms 243, and the hooks 242 are arranged to face the bottom of the functional module 24. In this way, the hooks 242 and the elastic arms 243 constitute the buckles 241 capable of clamping. During mounting, the hooks 242 of the buckles 241 penetrate the clamping recesses 231 from one surface of the fixing plate 23 and are fastened to the other surface, opposite the surface, of the fixing plate 23 opposite one surface. Mounting of the functional module 24 can be completed only by clamping the buckles 241 in the clamping recesses 231, such that simple operations are implemented, and mounting convenience of the lamp 200 is improved.
[0038] As shown in FIGs. 3-5, further, one clamping recess 231 includes two slots 232, the slots 232 may be rectangular or square, the two slots 232 are arranged in a spaced manner, and the two slots 232 of each of the clamping recesses 231 have a same spacing. In this way, the functional module 24 can be clamped in the slots 232 only by making a spacing between the two buckles 241 on the functional module 24 equal to the spacing between the two slots 232. The fixing plate 23 is provided with the slots 232 having unified spacings, such that the fixing plate 23 can be provided with different functional modules 24, and universality of the lamp 200 is enhanced. Meanwhile, functions of the lamp 200 can be flexibly and quickly upgraded. Further, the fixing plate 23 may be provided with at least two clamping recesses 231, such that the lamp 200 can be provided with a plurality of functional modules 24 simultaneously. Without replacement of the lamp 200, various functional modules 24 are conveniently added, such that the lamp 200 is suitable for various application environments, and extensibility of the lamp 200 is improved. During mounting, the buckles 241 arranged on two sides of the functional module 24 are clamped in the slots 232 respectively. That is, a top surface of the functional module 24 faces a lampshade 211. The hooks 242 are inserted from a surface of the fixing plate 23 facing the lampshade 211 into the clamping recesses 231 and penetrate the clamping recesses, and are clamped in a surface, opposite the surface facing the lampshade 211, of the fixing plate 23. In this way, one side, provided with the functional element 244, of the functional module 24 faces the lampshade 211.
[0039] For instance, the buckles 241 are made of plastic, which is elastic. Positions, corresponding to the elastic arms 243, of a side surface of the functional module 24 are provided with accommodation recesses. The accommodation recesses accommodate the elastic arms 243 moving under the action of an external force. In this way, during disassembly, a certain force needs to be applied to move the elastic arms 243 toward the recesses until the hooks 242 are flush with the side surface of the functional module 24. The functional module 24 may be taken out of the clamping recesses 231, and convenient and quick disassembly is implemented.
[0040] The lamp 200 further includes two light assemblies 25. The two light assemblies 25 are both arranged in the lamp housing 21 and located at two opposite sides of the lamp base structure 22 respectively. The light assemblies 25 serve as a main source for illumination in a scene. The light assemblies 25 include printed circuit boards (PCBs) and a plurality of lamp beads. The plurality of lamp beads are uniformly arranged on the PCBs in a spaced manner. The light assemblies 25 are electrically connected to the power supply assembly 27.
[0041] The lamp housing 21 further includes the lampshade 211, a base 212, and an end cover opening and closing structure 26. The lamp base structure 22 is fixed to the base 212 by means of screws or bolts. Specifically, the lamp base structure 22 includes the fixing plate 23 and the functional module 24. The functional module 24 is detachably arranged on the fixing plate 23. The fixing plate 23 is detachably fixed to the base 212 by means of screws or bolts. The end cover opening and closing structure 26 is fixed to one end or two ends of the base 212. The end cover opening and closing structure 26 is configured to open the lampshade 211 or limit the lampshade 211. The lampshade 211 covers the base 212 and is limited to the end cover opening and closing structure 26. Moreover, the functional element 244 of the functional module 24 of the lamp base structure 22 is arranged to face the lampshade 211. If the functional module 24 needs to be replaced or an interior of the lamp 200 needs to be maintained, the entire lampshade 211 may be dissembled only by opening the end cover opening and closing structure 26 and removing a limit to the lampshade 211 by the end cover opening and closing structure 26. Convenient and quick operations are implemented. After maintenance is completed or the functional module 24 is replaced, the lampshade 211 may be limited only by covering the base 212 with the lampshade 211 and then closing the end cover opening and closing structure 26.
[0042] For instance, as shown in FIGs. 6 and 7, the end cover opening and closing structure 26 is made of an elastic material. The end cover opening and closing structure 26 includes a flipping cover support 261, and a lamp cap flipping cover 262 rotatably arranged on the flipping cover support 261. The flipping cover support 261 is fixed to the base 212 of the lamp 200. The lamp cap flipping cover 262 is located at one side (a front side) of the flipping cover support 261. A movable lock plate 263 is movably arranged on the flipping cover support 261 and located at the other side (a back side) of the flipping cover support 261. The flipping cover support 261 is provided with a through hole. One end of a driving member 264 is located at one side of the lamp cap flipping cover 262. The other end of the driving member 264 penetrates the through hole and protrudes from the flipping cover support 261 so as to abut against the movable lock plate 263. A position, corresponding to one end of the driving member 264, of the lamp cap flipping cover 262 is provided with an opening. That is, one end of the driving member 264 is located within a range of the opening, such that the driving member 264 is driven by means of the opening, and further the driving member 264 drives the movable lock plate 263 to move.
[0043] The movable lock plate 263 is provided with a clamping opening 266. The lamp cap flipping cover 262 is provided with a clamping member 267 clamped in and matched with the clamping opening 266. The clamping member 267 is of a convex structure with a hook. During engagement, the hook engages with an edge of the clamping opening 266, and the driving member 264 is driven to drive the movable lock plate 263 to move downward by means of the opening. In this way, the clamping opening 266 on the movable lock plate 263 gradually moves away from a first buckle 241 until the clamping opening 266 is completely separated from the clamping member 267. Thus, the lamp 200 can be opened by rotating the lamp cap flipping cover 262, a limit to the lampshade 211 by the lamp cap flipping cover 262 can be removed, and the lampshade 211 can be taken out. An opening mode of the end cover opening and closing structure 26 is simple and fast. During fastening, the driving member 264 and the movable lock plate 263 need to be reset simultaneously under the action of an elastic force of an elastic member only by fastening the lampshade 211 to the base 212 and then releasing the driving member 264. Thus, the clamping member 267 is clamped in the clamping opening 266, and the lamp cap flipping cover 262 is fastened to the flipping cover support 261. The lampshade 211 is limited laterally by means of the fastened lamp cap flipping cover 262. The lampshade 211 is limited vertically by means of the base 212. An opening and closing mode of the end cover opening and closing structure 26 is simple and fast.
[0044] FIG. 8 shows Example 2 of a lamp 200 with extensibility according to the present disclosure. The example is structurally different from Example 1 only in that two buckles 241 are arranged on one functional module 24, one of the buckles 241 is arranged on a bottom of the functional module 24, and is arranged opposite the buckle 241 arranged on a side surface of the functional module 24, and one of the buckles 241 is arranged on the bottom of the functional module 24. Thus, a spacing between the two buckles 241 is adapted to a spacing between two slots 232 on a fixing plate 23, such that the lamp 200 can be provided with functional modules 24 of different specifications. In this way, extensibility of the lamp 200 is improved, and universality of the lamp 200 is enhanced. Alternatively, the buckle 241 arranged on the bottom of the functional module 24 may also be an L-shaped clamping plate. Alternatively, a reinforcing rib 245 may be arranged between a back surface opposite a clamping opening 266 of the L-shaped clamping plate and the bottom of the functional module 24, such that strength of the buckle 241 is improved.
[0045] FIG. 9 shows Example 3 of a lamp 200 with extensibility according to the present disclosure. The example is structurally different from Example 1 only in that a length of a functional module 24 is different and a structure of clamping recesses 231 is different. A length of the functional module 24 of the example is shorter than that of the functional module 24 of Example 1. Further, a spacing between two buckles 241 arranged on two side surfaces of the functional module 24 respectively is different. That is, a spacing of the buckles 241 arranged on the functional module 24 of the example is shorter than that of the buckles 241 arranged on the functional module 24 of Example 1. Thus, the clamping recesses 231 may be strip-shaped slots having a same spacing from the two buckles 241, such that the two buckles 241 can be clamped in the strip-shaped slots. The arrangement enables the lamp 200 to be provided with a short functional module 24, such that extensibility and universality of the lamp 200 are improved.
[0046] FIGs. 10 and 11 show Example 4 of a lamp 200 with extensibility according to the present disclosure. The example is structurally different from Example 1 only in that a lamp housing 21 includes a tube body 213 and an end cover (not shown in the figure), a light assembly 25 is integrated, two buckles 241 are arranged on a side surface of a functional module 24, and hooks 242 are arranged to face a top of the functional module 24. Specifically, the side surface of the functional module 24 is provided with the two buckles 241, elastic arms 243 of the buckles 241 are arranged on the side surface of the functional module 24, the hooks 242 connected to one ends of the elastic arms 243 are arranged to face the top of the functional module 24, or one buckle 241 is arranged on the side surface of the functional module 24. The hook 242 is arranged to face the top of the functional module 24. The other buckle 241 is of an L-shaped plate-like structure, and is arranged on the top of the functional module 24. The light assembly 25 includes a circuit board and a plurality of lamp beads. The plurality of lamp beads are uniformly arranged on the circuit board. The circuit board is strip-shaped. A fixing plate 23 is arranged on the circuit board, and the circuit board and the lamp beads are located at two opposite sides of the circuit board respectively. A clamping recess 231 of the fixing plate 23 is a strip-shaped recess. A position, corresponding to the strip-shaped recess, of the circuit board is provided with a through hole 251. A shape and a length of the through hole 251 are consistent with those of the strip-shaped recess of the fixing plate 23. When the functional module 24 is mounted, the hooks 242 of the functional module 24 sequentially penetrate the strip-shaped recess of the fixing plate 23 and the through hole 251 of the circuit board so as to be clamped in the circuit board. In this case, a functional element 244 of the functional module 24 follows the hooks 242 so as to sequentially penetrate the strip-shaped recess of the fixing plate 23 and the through hole 251 of the circuit board, and protrudes from one side, facing one side with the lamp beads of the circuit board, of the through hole 251 of the circuit board. The lamp housing 21 includes the tube body 213 and the end cover that are integrated. Two opposite side walls in the tube body 213 are provided with sliding rails 214 respectively. The assembled lamp base structure 22 slides into the tube body 213 by means of the sliding rails 214. The end cover covers one end or two ends of the tube body 213. If the functional module 24 needs to be replaced or elements in the lamp 200 need to be maintained, the assembled lamp base structure 22 is pulled out of the lamp 200 only by opening the end cover, and convenient and quick operations are implemented.
[0047] As shown in FIGs. 12 and 13, the present disclosure relates to a fixing plate 23. The fixing plate 23 is provided with a module mounting position 230. The module mounting position 230 is configured to mount a functional module 24.
[0048] Specifically, the module mounting position 230 includes clamping recesses 231, and the clamping recesses 231 are strip-shaped slots consistent in length, such that mounting of a short functional module 24 is facilitated. Alternatively, the module mounting position 230 includes a clamping recess 231. The clamping recess 231 includes two slots 232, and the two slots 232 are provided in a spaced manner, such that mounting of a long functional module 24 is facilitated. In addition, the two slots 232 in each of the clamping recesses 231 have a spacingsame spacing, such that a user can replace the functional module with different functional modules 24, and universality of the fixing plate 23 is improved.
[0049] As shown in FIGs. 14-16, the present disclosure relates to a functional module 24. The functional module 24 is provided with a mounting part 240. The mounting part 240 is mounted and fixed in a module mounting position 230 of a fixing plate 23.
[0050] Specifically, the mounting part 240 includes at least two buckles 241. Each of the buckles 241 includes a hook 242 and an elastic arm 243. One end of the elastic arm 243 is arranged on a side surface of the functional module 24, and the other end of the elastic arm 243 is connected to the hook 242. In production, the hook 242 and the elastic arm 243 are integrally formed.
[0051] For instance, the hook 242 is arranged to face a bottom of the functional module 24, or the hook 242 is arranged to face a top of the functional module 24. In order to improve universality of the lamp 200, the two buckles 241 on each functional module 24 have a spacingsame spacing. In this way, various functional modules 24 can be adapted to clamping recesses 231 on the fixing plate 23 so as to complete mounting. Without replacement of the lamp 200, various functional modules 24 are conveniently added, such that the lamp 200 is suitable for various application environments, and extensibility of the lamp 200 is improved.
[0052] Further, as shown in FIGs. 15 and 16, one side surface of the functional module 24 may be provided with one buckle 241, and the other buckle 241 may be arranged on the bottom or the top of the functional module 24. The buckle 241 is an L-shaped clamping plate simple in structure. A reinforcing rib 245 may be arranged between a back surface opposite a clamping opening 266 of the L-shaped clamping plate and the bottom of the functional module 24, such that strength of the buckle 241 is improved. Meanwhile, a spacing between the two buckles 241 is ensured to be equal to a spacing between holes of the two clamping recesses 231 on the fixing plate 23, such that the functional module 24 can be replaced at any time, and universality and extensibility of the lamp 200 are improved.
[0053] Further, as shown in FIG. 17, the functional module 24 may be provided with four buckles 241, such that universality of the functional module 24 is improved. The functional module 24 is provided with a first side wall 246 and a second side wall 247 that are arranged oppositely, and the two buckles 241 are L-shaped clamping plates, and are arranged on a top and a bottom of the functional module 24 respectively. In addition, the two L-shaped clamping plates are located on the first side wall 246 and the second side wall 247 respectively, and the other two buckles 241 are both integrally formed by hooks 242 and elastic arms 243. That is, the other two buckles 241 are both buckles 241 provided with hooks 242, and the two buckles 241 provided with the hooks 242 are arranged on the first side wall 246 and the second side wall 247 respectively. In addition, the hooks 242 of the buckles 241 arranged on the first side wall 246 are arranged to face the bottom of the functional module 24, and the hooks 242 of the buckles 241 arranged on the second side wall 247 are arranged to face the functional module 24. That is, one L-shaped clamping plate and one buckle 241 provided with a hook 242 are both arranged on the top or the bottom of the functional module 24, and are located at two opposite sides of the functional module 24 respectively. As the buckle 241 provided with the hook 242 is elastic, the buckle may be contracted when an acting force is applied to the buckle, such that the buckle 241 can be smoothly inserted into the clamping recess 231, and mounting is facilitated. Meanwhile, the buckles 241 are mounted on the top and the bottom of the functional module 24, such that various mounting requirements are satisfied, and universality of the functional module 24 is improved.
