The flexible circuit board is provided with a plurality of paths of grounding wires and a plurality of paths of dual-purpose signal wires, the plurality of electrode units comprise thirteen electrode units which are arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns on the circuit, and the grounding ends of the temperature sensors in the same row group are connected to the same path of grounding wire; and the signal ends of the temperature sensors in the same column group are connected to the same dual-purpose signal line. Each dual-purpose signal line transmits an alternating current signal to each dielectric element in a first mode and transmits a temperature signal detected by each temperature sensor in a second mode, and each grounding line is in a disconnected state in the first mode and is sequentially and independently conducted in the second mode; the handshake chip is configured to judge the connection state of the electrode plates through handshake communication.
