The snack bar product in this invention contains 533 Kcal of energy, 9.28% protein and 32.08% fat for every 100 grams of product. The tilapia fish floss substitute snack bar in this invention offers high energy and protein for people who consume it so it is good to be used as a snack to restore one's stamina after doing activities or sports. This snack bar product in this invention can also be consumed by children as a snack that has high energy and protein.
