There are well-known motorcycle windshields that protect the user from the cold and bad weather such as snow, rain or similar and reduce the impact of more or less cold or frozen water droplets against the user's face, neck, hands etc. Fixed-size windshields are known which consist of a sort of shield made of plastic-type materials, known by the commercial name of Plexiglas or similar: the shield is usually made starting from a sheet which is cut and shaped while hot to obtain ribs and curvatures intended to increase the rigidity of the structure and has symmetrical pairs of holes with respect to the vertical centre plane for the assembly of fixing caps for the top and a central part of a pair of ascending stems which in the lower part are associated with means of fastening to the handlebars of the motorcycle. Windscreens known to protect the user effectively are quite bulky and are therefore not very welcome when the weather is not bad: in practice they are very often mounted and dismounted at the first signs of seasonal changes, putting the user in the position of having to have mounted or dismounted windscreens. I removed the windshield at a less than ideal time. There are also small retractable windshields that rise a few centimeters from the centerline of the handlebars and are used on sport motorcycles that require a forward-leaning riding position. The technical aim of this invention is to overcome the aforementioned shortcomings and satisfy the aforementioned needs, namely, to develop a compact motorcycle windshield that can be left mounted on the vehicle year-round, while being able to assume a minimum and maximum size configuration corresponding to conditions of minimum and maximum protection from the elements and wind. Within the scope of this technical task, another aim of the present invention is to perform the previous task with a simple structure, relatively easy to implement in practice, safe to use and effective to operate, as well as having a relatively low cost. This task and this purpose are achieved by the present windshield for a motorcycle with a compact size, characterized by the fact that it comprises a fixed lower shield and a mobile upper shield made of transparent material and having reduced heights compared to traditional windshields, two stems which in the middle and upper position are parallel to each other and are associated with two pairs of lateral spacer caps for fixing to the intermediate and upper area of ​​said lower shield and which have means of fastening to the handlebars at the bottom, a pair of specularly symmetrical brackets shaped like a fork suitable for forking the lateral edges of said lower shield with a prong ending with a bush sliding along a relative stem and the other prong ending with a vertically extended plate with holes for fastening to the sides of the base of said mobile shield, said bushings being equipped with means for fastening to the stems at any height between said fixing caps of the lower shield. Further particularities will become clearer and more evident from the detailed description of a preferred, but not exclusive, embodiment of a windshield for a motorcycle with reducible dimensions according to the invention, illustrated by way of example, but not of limitation, in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a front view of a compact motorcycle windshield according to the invention in the minimum size configuration; fig-2; is a front view of a compact motorcycle windshield in maximum protection configuration; Fig.3 is an enlarged schematic side view of the mating of a windshield stem, bracket and shields; fig.4 is a schematic plan view of the coupling of fig.3; Fig. 5 is a front perspective view of the coupling of a stem, bracket and shields of the invention. With particular reference to these figures, the reference numeral 1 generally indicates a windshield for a motorcycle with a reducible size according to the invention which comprises a fixed lower shield 2 and a movable upper shield 3 made of rigid and transparent material of the type known by the commercial name Plexiglas: the upper shield is guided by sliding in front of the fixed lower shield; the lower area of ​​the lower shield extends on the sides with two large symmetrical ears 4a, 4b for hand protection. The bushings 11 are equipped with means of fastening 16 to the stems at any height between the caps 6 and 7 for fixing to the lower shield, means which are made up of threaded stems, equipped with manual grip knobs 17, inserted into radial through holes in the bushings. The operation of the invention is intuitive: fix the lower ends 8 of the stems 5 to the respective side of the motorcycle handlebars, first check that the sections of the stems 5a, 5b included between the respective caps 6a-7a and 6b-7b are parallel to each other: in this condition the bushings 11, after having unscrewed the respective knobs 17, can slide freely along the stems 5a, 5b bringing the base of the shield 3 to any height included between the caps 6 and 7 where it can be blocked by tightening the knobs 17. Advantageously, the sides of the fixed shield 2 are slightly convergent upwards, assuming a substantially trapezoidal shape and in relation to this, the length of the prongs 10 and 12 of the brackets 9 will be such as to allow them to embrace the edge of the side of the lower shield during the rise of the mobile upper shield. It has thus been seen how the invention achieves the proposed purposes and in particular how it creates a windshield for a motorcycle with reducible dimensions that can be left mounted on the vehicle all year round, being able to assume any configuration between the minimum and maximum dimensions corresponding to conditions of minimum and maximum protection from the elements and wind in an extremely short time and in a simple and intuitive manner, allowing the user to choose the protection that he considers most comfortable. The invention thus conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and variations, all of which fall within the scope of the inventive concept. For example, plate 13 has been schematically depicted as being square to prong 12, but in reality it could be shaped and inclined differently to achieve maximum strength and minimum surface area. Furthermore, all the details can be replaced with other technically equivalent ones. In practice, the materials used, as well as the shapes and dimensions, may be any according to the needs without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the following claims.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Windshield for a motorcycle with a compact size, characterised by the fact that it comprises a fixed lower shield and a movable upper shield made of transparent material and having reduced heights compared to traditional windshields, two stems which in the middle and upper positions are parallel to each other and are associated with two pairs of lateral spacer caps for fixing to the intermediate and upper area of ​​said lower shield and which have means of fastening to the handlebars at the bottom, a pair of mirror-symmetrical fork-shaped brackets suitable for forking the lateral edges of said lower shield with one prong ending in a bushing sliding along a relative stem and the other prong ending in a vertically extended plate with holes for fastening to the sides of the base of said movable shield, said bushings being equipped with means of fastening to the stems at any height between said fixing caps of the lower shield.
