Abstract

This image is, for example, an "image for displaying vehicle running information" that shows the running state and occupancy rate of a railway vehicle, and is for which design registration is sought for the symbol showing the vehicle and occupancy rate shown in the "reference image showing only the portion for which design registration is sought." The symbol that changes from an arrow shape to a rectangle shape represents the vehicle, the direction in which the center of the occupancy rate symbol is located relative to the vehicle symbol represents the direction of travel, the solid circle surrounding the vehicle symbol represents the capacity, and the circle shown in light ink represents the occupancy rate. In addition, when the symbol showing the vehicle and occupancy rate is selected, the screen switches to a detailed information screen for that vehicle. The "image" and "enlarged image diagrams 1 to 6 showing the changed state of the portion for which design registration is sought" represent the changes in the running vehicle from "within capacity: running → accelerating → running → decelerating → stopping → over capacity: stopping → running."
