Abstract
This product is an inclined plate with a magnet used to prevent ore from accumulating on the racks of ore-making equipment, such as stackers that load ore in yards and belt conveyors that transport ore. Specifically, the magnet-embedded resin rod has a front surface formed with an inclined surface that is equal to or greater than the angle of repose of the ore. The inclined surface formed on the lower back surface allows the inclined plate to fit tightly without being affected by the convexities or roundness formed at the corners where the rack components join. As shown in the "reference cross-sectional view showing the state of use," the magnets on the back and bottom are attached to the corners where the vertical plate and lower flange of the rack join, forming a downward-facing sliding slope on the lower flange, which allows ore scattered during loading by the stacker or spilling from the belt conveyor to fall, preventing the ore from accumulating on the lower flange. If the ore is loaded to a height that interferes with the lower flange, the loaded ore can be prevented from remaining on the lower flange.
