Users can create broadcast programs and video content by arbitrarily switching between these cut-out images (output images). Specifically, in the reference image diagram, a person in the input video displayed in the area indicated by leader line 1 is automatically recognized (the rectangular symbol indicated by leader line 2 indicates that the person has been automatically recognized), and the portraits of the recognized people are listed as thumbnails in the area indicated by leader line 3a (the portraits in the thumbnails are generated by cutting out the input video in real time and are represented as video. The same applies hereinafter). In the area indicated by leader line 3b, any combination of the recognized people is similarly displayed as thumbnails. These thumbnails displayed in the area of ​​leader line 3 become candidates for the output video. The user selects the video to be cut out and output from the input video by appropriately selecting from these candidates. The area indicated by leader line 4 displays the output video selected through this operation, and in the image diagram (and each reference diagram) of this application, three video streams are cut out as output videos. The area indicated by leader line 5 is an area that displays a magnified view of one of the multiple output videos that has been particularly selected. The field of view of the cut-out and output video is automatically adjusted using AI technology, etc. In the display area of ​​the input video (leader line 1), the rectangular frames numbered 1 to 3 represent the automatically adjusted field of view for the three output videos currently selected by the user.
