Abstract

This article is an iron core plate that forms the rotor or stator of a generator. This iron core plate is a thin iron core plate with a thickness of about 0.5 mm, and as is clear from the reference drawing, it is formed from a circular yoke, teeth extending outward from the outer circumference of the yoke, and bolt holes. The teeth have a first projection and a second projection. The first projection is the head portion of the T-shape and protrudes to the left and right in the circumferential direction. The second projection protrudes to the left and right in the circumferential direction from the middle of the vertical bar of the T-shape. This iron core plate is formed by combining multiple iron core plate parts, each having protrusions and grooves at both ends. Joint portions are formed at the protrusions and grooves of adjacent iron core plate parts. As is clear from the reference drawing of the usage state, multiple iron core plates are stacked to form a stacked iron core for the rotor or stator of a generator. Bolts are inserted into the bolt holes to fix the stacked iron core plates. The thickness of the iron core plate is preferably 0.25 mm to 0.5 mm.
