Eyeglass Frames

Abstract

The eyeglass frame of this article is configured such that the temples are connected to the left and right of the front frame via hinge parts, and the left and right temples can be freely folded by rotating them inward and outward at the hinge parts. When the left and right temples are open, the hinge part side of the temple and the hinge part side of the front frame (the bent part formed on the outside of the left and right rims where the lenses are attached) are continuous. On the outside of the temple and the hinge part, a continuous linear pattern of a predetermined length is formed with a material separate from the main body of the temple and the hinge part, sandwiching the boundary between them. The boundary between the temple and the hinge part in the linear pattern is located approximately in the middle. On the other hand, when the left and right temples are closed, the linear pattern is divided into the temple side and the end piece side, and the material forming the linear pattern is exposed on the end surface of the end piece and the temple side.
