Automatic ticket gate information reader

Abstract

This product is an add-on unit for adding a function for reading information from media other than magnetic tickets and IC cards to an automatic ticket gate, and is used, for example, to add a function for reading two-dimensional barcodes and contactless communication devices used for passing through a ticket gate to an automatic ticket gate. A contactless communication device reading unit is disposed behind the inclined surface on which the two-dimensional barcode reading unit is disposed, and as shown in the "Reference diagram showing the names of each part", a convex portion is provided between the two-dimensional barcode reading unit and the contactless communication device reading unit. This convex portion makes it easier to visually grasp the boundary of the reading area, and can guide the two-dimensional barcode, contactless communication device, etc. to the correct reading position.
