Abstract

This article is used, for example, for walking or skiing. With this article, the length of the entire pole can be adjusted by extending and retracting pole part 2 from pole part 1 with the lever part open. In this article, slits are formed on the front and back sides of pole part 1. As a result, when the lever part is closed and pole part 1 is tightened, the diameter of pole part 1 is reduced, the position of pole part 2 relative to pole part 1 can be fixed, and the lever part can be easily closed.
