Abstract

The article of the design is a pizza cutter for cutting pizza. This article is equipped with two angled blades, and by inserting the main body into the pizza and pushing the top surface, the pizza can be cut into triangles with one action. The rear part of the main body of this article is removable and can hold the cut pizza as it is. This part not only functions as a simple plate, but also allows the user to serve the pizza on a plate without getting their hands dirty. This part is made of, for example, silicone, and by sandwiching the pizza between these parts, the tip of the pizza does not hang down, making it easy to eat without getting your hands dirty. This article is a tool that can be used in a series of steps from cutting, serving, to eating by removing these parts. According to this article, anyone can easily cut pizza, so it also has an aspect of universal design and can contribute to Goal 10 of the SDGs, "Reduce inequalities within and among countries."
