Abstract

This article is a nut used to temporarily fix a bolt to an object (steel plate, etc.). For example, when a steel plate and a splice plate are overlapped and joined by a high-strength bolt and a nut, the high-strength bolt can be inserted into the bolt hole of the steel plate, and the temporary fixing nut of this article can be attached to the bolt shank from the opposite side and tightened, thereby maintaining the high-strength bolt attached (temporarily fixed) to the steel plate, and in this state, the splice plate can be attached so that the temporarily fixed bolt shank enters the bolt hole of the splice plate, and the nut can be attached and tightened to join the steel plate and the splice plate.
