Conveyor belt rollers

Abstract

The present article is a roller for a conveyor belt arranged in a conveyor device such as a belt conveyor. As shown in a reference cross-sectional view showing the function of each part, the present article includes a seal member arranged to surround a shaft. The seal member is arranged outside a bearing in the axial direction of the shaft, and prevents foreign matter from entering the bearing. The seal member includes a seal layer arranged to contact the shaft. The seal layer is a cut pile layer including a large number of pile yarns.
