Abstract

The article of this design is a training device for applying weight loads to a user. As shown in "Reference Plan 1," the training device has sliding rails that widen at the ends as they move away from the seat. The sliding rails are equipped with sliding blocks that slide smoothly along the rails, and footrests that support the user's feet are attached to the sliding blocks. As shown in "Reference Plan 2," the width of the sliding rails at the ends can be adjusted. As shown in the "Reference View Showing the State of Use," the user sits astride the seat in a half-squat position and places both or one foot on the footrest with their knees bent. By pushing their legs out to straighten their knees, the sliding blocks move along the sliding rails to a position away from the seat, applying weight loads to the user's legs.
