Adjustment jig for leather processing machines

Abstract

This item is an adjustment jig for leather processing machines, and is used to adjust the distance between the circular blade and the presser foot of the leather processing machine. As shown in the rear view, the rear surface has three surfaces with steps of 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm, and 1.0 mm from the center surface. As shown in Reference Figures 1 and 2, which show the usage state, by bringing the center surface of this item into close contact with the presser foot, it is possible to adjust the distance between the circular blade and the presser foot to either 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm, or 1.0 mm.
