Abstract

This bed is installed in the crew cabin of a ship and is configured to be convertible between a triple-tier bed and a double-tier bed. As shown in the reference perspective view illustrating each part, the bed of this bed comprises first, second, and third tiers on which mattresses are placed, a frame member including support legs supporting the four corners of each tier, an exterior cover supported by the frame member and surrounding each tier, a drawer storage section arranged side by side below the first tier, and a ladder section. In addition, each sleeping section of the bed divided by the first to third tiers is provided with a roller blind that blocks the front entrance. The bed of this bed is configured compactly overall so that it can be installed in a specified area of ​​the crew cabin, and by being convertible between a triple-tier bed and a double-tier bed, it makes effective use of limited space.
