Tubular structural member of vertical heat treatment device

Abstract

This article is a heat-resistant tubular structural member that constitutes the interior of a furnace in a vertical heat treatment device. The tubular structural member has a cylindrical shape divided into two, with a slope on the inner circumferential surface. In a plan view, the angle of the line segment extending from both end faces of the arc is 180°. The slope is shaped so that the inner circumference narrows from below the center of the inner surface toward the bottom. When in use, two of the tubular structural members are joined together to form a single cylinder.
