Wooden house lifting hardware

Abstract

This item is a wooden house lifting hardware used to lift wooden houses. As shown in the reference diagram indicating the names of each part, this item comprises a main body formed from a square pipe and a ring attached near the top end of the main body. The main body and ring of this item are made of metal. Near the bottom end of the main body, two pairs of through holes for inserting fixing rods are provided perpendicular to each other. As shown in Reference Figure 1, which shows the usage state, the top end of the pillar of the wooden house to be lifted using this item has a prismatic hole with approximately the same side length as the main body but shallower than the length of the main body. Reference Figure 2, which shows the usage state, shows this item inserted into the prismatic hole. Because the prismatic hole is shallower than the length of the main body, the top of this item is exposed from the top of the pillar. Holes are drilled in the pillar at the locations where the through holes will be located when the item is inserted, and fixing rods are inserted into these holes to secure the item so that it does not fall off. To ensure secure fixation of the product, adhesive may be applied to the prismatic hole and / or the outer surface of the body. When lifting a wooden house, a shackle is attached to the ring of the product, as shown in Reference Figure 3, which shows the state of use, and a wire is hooked to the shackle and lifted with a crane, as shown in Reference Figure 4, which also shows the state of use, allowing the wooden house to be moved and transported to the desired location. Alternatively, a wire may be hooked directly to the ring of the product without using a shackle, and the wire may be lifted with a crane, allowing the wooden house to be moved and transported to the desired location.
