EV vehicle repair lift attachment

Abstract

In today's electric vehicles (with large cast parts installed), repairs and restoration work often require the removal of large cast parts from the front or rear of the vehicle. This results in an uneven load in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle. This project involves using a vehicle maintenance lift, but it is necessary to take measures to prevent the vehicle from falling so that it can be fixed in place for vehicle repair and can withstand the uneven load when removing and installing parts. Since it is necessary to fix the vehicle body to the maintenance lift, we devised an attachment that fixes the lower part of the vehicle body to the lift using a sill clamp, which is used when repairing the frame.
