Abstract

This product is a building panel that forms the ceiling or wall surfaces of a building. This building panel is installed along left and right rails 2 and can be opened and closed by rotating panel 1 around shaft 3 in long hole 4, as shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the Panel in Open and Closed States," "Reference Diagram Showing the Hinge Section in the Panel Closed State," and "Reference Diagram Showing the Hinge Section in the Panel Open State." A locking mechanism for maintaining the panel in a closed state is installed on the rear side of panel 1. This locking mechanism is equipped with a locking member 6 that rotates around shaft 5. The "Reference Diagram Showing the Locked State" shows the state in which locking member 6 engages with protruding receiving portion 7, maintaining panel 1 in a closed state. The "Reference Diagram Showing the Unlocked State" shows the state in which locking member 6 is housed within the locking mechanism, disengaging it, allowing panel 1 to be opened. The locking member 6 rotates by operating key 8 inserted into shaft 5, as shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing Opening and Closing Operation with a Key."
