Compression Dies

Abstract

This product is a compression die used to compress and attach connectors such as terminals and conductor connection tubes to the conductor ends of electric wires and cables, and has a convex portion with a curved tip formed on the inner bottom of the receiving die. When the pushing die is pushed toward the receiving die to compress the connector, the connector located on the receiving die side and the conductor inside the connector are also deformed (see front view, etc.). Furthermore, another die separate from the receiving die may be prepared and used as a compression die (not shown), or another receiving die may be prepared and used as a compression die (see front view, etc.), and the product can be used as either a pushing die or a receiving die.
