Abstract

As shown in Reference Cross-Sectional Diagram 1 and Reference Cross-Sectional Diagram 2, which show the state of use, this product is attached to an injection port drilled to connect to the unfilled area inside a concrete structure such as a bridge, and a grout hose connected to a mixer pump is connected to the injection port. As shown in the reference cross-sectional diagrams showing the names of each part, this product comprises an inner cylindrical portion having a flow path for the grout, an outer cylindrical portion disposed on the outer periphery of the inner cylindrical portion, a packer made of an elastic material disposed between the outer cylindrical portion and a stopper provided at one end of the inner cylindrical portion in the central axial direction, a rotation operating portion that is threaded onto a threaded portion provided at the other end of the inner cylindrical portion in the central axial direction and is rotated when attached to the injection port, and a hose connection portion attached to the other end of the inner cylindrical portion in the central axial direction. When rotated by the rotation operating portion, the outer cylindrical portion presses the packer, forcing the outer surface of the packer into pressure contact with the inner surface of the injection port, thereby attaching the product to the injection port.
