Abstract

The article to which the design relates is a jack. In terms of its use and function, it belongs to the category of ratchet pantograph jacks for automobiles. The design in question is a creation of the driving force transmission tip of the jack, and is a partial design created by a design formed at the end of the jack's threaded drive shaft by a cylindrical body (spacer) with a central hole and an adapter with a square insertion hole on the front surface. The square insertion hole of the adapter accepts the square protrusion of the ratchet handle or the square rod of the extension bar attached to the ratchet handle, and the adapter is rotated by operating the ratchet handle. The cylindrical body (spacer) is located between the adapter and the connecting cross bar that passes through the jack's drive shaft and holds the link fulcrum. When the adapter is rotated by the ratchet handle, the adapter abuts against the end face of the cylindrical body (spacer) and rotates stably, raising or folding each pantograph arm and raising or lowering the upper support base. The adapter can be used to drive the jack up and down by manual rotation or by using an electric impact wrench.
