Abstract

This item is a surveillance camera that is attached to the ceiling of a room and used as a monitoring device to detect and determine the status of a person (person being monitored) staying in the room. As shown in the "Reference diagram showing the names of each part and translucent parts," it is equipped with two cameras that record video, a radio wave sensor that detects the movements of the person being monitored, a microphone that records audio, and a speaker. Information obtained from this item is transmitted via wired or wireless communication to a monitor waiting outside the room, alerting them. Furthermore, because the above-mentioned devices are inconspicuous and have a rounded shape, this item contributes to reducing the person being monitored's awareness of being monitored and alleviating the stress that comes from such awareness.
