Abstract

This product is a commercial printer used in connection with a computer, which prints images and characters onto recording paper using an inkjet method based on data transmitted from the computer in the printing section. Recording paper is supplied from a feeder and transported in the order of pre-coating section, transport section, printing section, drying section, and transport section, and is stacked in a stacker. The transport path for the recording paper is surrounded by a safety fence integrated with the printing section to prevent people from entering the transport path. In a front view, the safety fence has a left safety fence and a right safety fence with respect to the printing section. The left safety fence is located on the left front side of the printing section, on the side of the pre-coating section and transport section. The right safety fence is located on the right front side of the printing section, on the side of the drying section and transport section. In a front view, to make the left and right safety fences appear to be connected, a decorative section of the same height as the left and right safety fences is provided on the front of the printing section, between the left and right safety fences. The decorative parts are decorated with stickers or paint of the same color as the safety fences on the left and right sides. The power supply unit supplies power to the pre-coating section, conveying section, printing section, drying section, and conveying section via underfloor wiring, etc.
