Centering jig for discharge wires of electrostatic precipitators

Abstract

This item is a jig used for centering discharge wires used in dust collection electrode chambers. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing Usage," by placing this item on top of a rectangular dust collection electrode chamber, the discharge wire can be installed in a specific dust collection electrode chamber regardless of the worker's skill level, thereby improving work efficiency. Furthermore, since this item is used by being fitted and fixed to the top of the dust collection electrode chamber, there is no risk of the jig related to this item falling into the lower part of the dust collection electrode chamber, improving work safety.
