Abstract

This product is a folding table consisting of a rectangular frame with two-legged leg units on the left and right sides, on which five tabletops are placed. The left and right leg units can be switched between a vertical position where the legs are approximately vertical and a V-shaped position where the legs are angled outwards when viewed from the front. The frame can be expanded from its initial state (plan view 1 with the tabletops removed) by sliding the left and right vertical frames outwards to the left and right, thereby extending the longer sides of the rectangle. Plan view 2 with the tabletops removed shows the frame expanded by one step on each side, and plan view 3 with the tabletops removed shows the frame expanded by two steps on each side. In the initial state, the one-step expanded state, and the two-step expanded state, the sliding of the vertical frames is temporarily locked (the lock is released by pulling the handles on the left and right sides of the underside of the frame). One tabletop can be placed in the expanded area created by sliding the vertical frames by one step (see reference plan view 1, which shows an example of use). Two top panels can be placed in the extended area created by sliding the vertical frame two levels (see Reference Plan 2, which shows an example of use). The top panels can be attached to the horizontal frame of the main body using a sliding mechanism. Reference Plan 3, which shows an example of use, shows the state with two top panels attached to the front. Reference Plan 4, which shows an example of use, shows the state with two more top panels attached to the back. The space on the main body where no top panels are placed can be used to place a stove unit or other items not shown.
