Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an aerosol type hair cosmetic composition. [Background technology]
[0002] Stimuli such as ultraviolet rays and heat from hair dryers not only damage hair, but also cause frizzy and wavy hair. In addition, hair may become distorted or shrink or lose its ability to retain moisture due to aging, which can also cause frizzy and wavy hair. There is a strong demand for hair cosmetics that can reduce frizzy and wavy hair and achieve straight, shiny, manageable, youthful hair, and various developments have been made so far.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a composition containing an aromatic sulfonic acid compound such as sulfanilic acid having an amino group or the like or a salt thereof, which is intended to correct or straighten keratin fibers such as hair, thereby making the keratin fibers easier to manage and smooth. Patent Document 2 discloses an aerosol-type hair cosmetic composition containing a surfactant, various organic acids such as aromatic sulfonic acids or their salts, and a propellant containing carbon dioxide, and having a specific pH range, which aims to efficiently penetrate the organic acid as an active ingredient for hair modification into the inside of the hair. EXAMPLES
[0039] The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the following examples. In the tables, the content of each component is expressed as mass % unless otherwise specified.
[0040] [Examples 1 to 8, Comparative Examples 1 to 9] The ingredients were blended according to the recipe shown in Table 1 and mixed until uniform to prepare a concentrate (X). The concentrate (X) was then filled into an aerosol container (manufactured by Toyo Seikan Co., Ltd., container type: BL35A115-H, inner coating: epoxy phenol-based, outer surface: plain silver (or plain white)), and the propellant (Y) was added in the ratio shown in Table 1. The internal pressure in the container at 25°C was set to 0.7 MPa to produce each cosmetic. In Comparative Example 8, the concentrate (X) was used as it was as a cosmetic without being filled into an aerosol container. The obtained cosmetic preparation was used to carry out the measurements and evaluations according to the following methods. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0041] <pH Measurement> The prepared stock solution (X) was adjusted to a 5% by mass aqueous solution using water, thoroughly stirred, and then the pH was measured at 25° C. using a pH meter (HM-42X, manufactured by DKK-TOA Corporation).
[0042] 《Habit reduction rate》 The following operations 1) to 5) were carried out to determine the curl reduction rate as an index for evaluating the effect of reducing curls and waves in hair. 1) Curled Caucasian hair (Kerling International Haarfabrik, European-natural hair remis curly 30-35 cm) was placed on a flat plate and cut out at the point of inflection when viewed from above (hereinafter referred to as C curl hair). This was immersed in ion-exchanged water for 20 minutes and then left to stand at 20°C and 50% RH for more than 24 hours. 2) Place the C curl hair on 1 mm graph paper and take a picture from above. Using the image obtained, consider the C curl hair as an arc. What is the diameter D of the circle inscribed in the arc? 0 was measured.
[0043] 3) Next, each cosmetic material obtained in the Examples and Comparative Examples was sprayed from a container, and C curl hair was immersed in it for 5 minutes at 40°C, and then immersed in ion-exchanged water for 1 minute, and this operation was repeated 5 times. Next, the obtained C curl hair was immersed in ion-exchanged water at 25°C for 20 minutes, and then left to stand at 20°C and 50% RH for 24 hours or more. 4) After the C curl hair is left standing, the diameter D of the circle inscribed in the arc of the C curl hair is measured, and the ratio of diameter D / diameter D 0 The value was calculated. 5) The above steps 1) to 4) were carried out on five separately cut pieces of C-curl hair, and the average value was calculated as the curl relaxation rate. Incidentally, if the obtained curl reduction rate value is 1.10 or more, it means that the effect of reducing curls in hair is excellent.
[0044] Combing Force The combing force was measured by carrying out the following operations 1) to 3). 1) Preparation of plain shampoo The following ingredients were placed in a beaker and heated to 80° C., then mixed and confirmed to be uniformly dissolved, after which the mixture was cooled to obtain a plain shampoo. (Plain Shampoo Composition) (Component) (mass%) Polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate sodium 15.5 (57.4% as Emeral 227-pH11 (Kao Corporation, active ingredient 27% by mass) Lauramide diethanolamide 2.28 (Aminone L-02 (Kao Corporation)) Sodium chloride 0.80 (Yakishio S (Japan Salt Manufacturing Co., Ltd.)) Sodium benzoate 0.18 (Sodium benzoate solution (35%) (Fushimi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., active ingredient 35% by mass) Disodium edetate 0.15 (Clewat N (manufactured by Nagase & Co., Ltd.)) Phosphoric acid 0.07 (Phosphoric acid, special grade reagent (manufactured by Fujifilm Wako Pure Chemical Industries, active content 85% by mass) Purified water Balance Total 100.0
[0045] 2) Next, the Japanese hair was bleached four times to prepare a hair bundle for evaluation. 30 g of the hair bundle for evaluation was washed with the plain shampoo prepared in 1) above, and excess water was removed. 3) Each cosmetic obtained in the Examples and Comparative Examples was sprayed from a container (the cosmetic of Comparative Example 8 was directly applied as is), 1 g of the spray was spread over the evaluation hair bundle, and the hair bundle was then set in a combing force measuring device (Utsunomiya Seiki Co., Ltd., "KOT-0303"). Next, the hair bundle was sandwiched between two brushes from both sides, and the brushes were lowered from the root of the hair bundle to the tip. The maximum load (gf) applied to the brush when the brush passed from the root to the tip was measured three times, and the average value was taken as the combing force (gf). Based on the obtained values, a 5-point evaluation was conducted according to the following criteria. Furthermore, a rating of "C" or higher on a 5-level scale means that the cosmetic is easy to spread onto hair without causing any unnecessary strain.
