Fluorine-containing elastomer composition

Abstract

To provide a fluorine-containing elastomer that comprises a cyano group as a crosslinkable group, which ensures excellent heat resistance even when its vulcanizate is used in a plasma irradiation condition and placed in a high temperature condition of 300°C or higher.SOLUTION: This fluorine-containing elastomer composition comprises 0.2-0.9 pt.wt. of quinacridone and 0.2-5 pts.wt. of a bis-amidoxime compound or 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoro propane, with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a fluorine-containing elastomer having a copolymerization compositional makeup comprising (A) 60.0-80.0 mol% of tetrafluoroethylene, (B) 19.8-35.0 mol% of perfluoro(lower alkyl vinyl ether) or perfluoro(lower alkoxy lower alkyl vinyl ether), and (C) 0.2-3.0 mol% of a perfluoro unsaturated nitrile compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
