Behavioral change proposition system and behavioral change proposition method

Abstract

To prompt a behavioral change for continuing a concrete attempt that is difficult even though its desirability for health and stress reduction is understood.SOLUTION: Stiffness and a stress state of muscles are analyzed using a system for acquiring biological information on an object person, a system or the like for analyzing and estimating it, and a massage part is proposed. The massage makes the object person obtain a pleasant feeling and has improved motivation for healthy action and stress reduction. The biological information is input again after the massage and, if the motivation is sufficient, a proposal for a behavioral change such as healthy action is performed. If the motivation is insufficient, a motivation supporting system using behavioral science and behavioral economics such as cognitive bias theory and NUDGE theory and cognitive science and cognitive psychology prompts improvement of the motivation. Through this process, the pleasant feeling of the object person is increased and activity for healthy action and stress reduction is prompted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
