Abstract
To provide a battery system capable of suppressing increase in time required for estimating a full charging capacity of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A battery system 100 includes a battery 200 (a secondary battery) and a heater 160 (a temperature raising unit) that raises temperature of the battery 200. At the time of a start of charging of the battery 200, when SOC of the battery 200 is below a specified value and no polarization of the battery 200 is generated, the battery system 100 raises temperature at the time of charging of the battery 200 with the heater 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
