To reproduce their image abnormality and generate an imaging data that does not contain secret information in the case where the image abnormality occurs in an image containing the secret information.SOLUTION: An image formation device 1 comprises: an imaging reading part 13 that reads an image formed onto a sheet; a region determination part 34 that determines an image region contained in the image read by the imaging reading part 13; a replacement part 35 that replace the image in the image region into a test pattern image previously determined in accordance with the imaging region; and an imaging formation part 16 that forms the image that is obtained by replacing the image of the image region into the test pattern image and outputs them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
