Abstract

To appropriately support correspondence that should be taken by a user when a vehicle is in trouble.SOLUTION: An information processing device for diagnosing a failure of a vehicle is provided with a control part 110 for executing to: diagnose presence / absence of a failure of a vehicle component provided in a vehicle 10; transmit first information being information to analyze the failure to a server about a repair point related to a repair base of the vehicle 10 in the case of diagnosing that the failure of the vehicle component exists, and notify a user of the vehicle 10 of second information being information showing a summary of the failure through a vehicle terminal 14 provided by the vehicle 10; inquire of the user whether to perform a telephone conversation with an operator of the repair base after notifying the second information; and start the telephone conversation between the user and the operator by a communication device provided by the vehicle 10 in the case that there is a response to perform the telephone conversation from the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
