Abstract

To provide an inkjet recording apparatus capable of performing gap adjustment of the head unit without lowering the space-saving performance and durability.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus comprises: a head unit including one or more inkjet heads; and a gap adjustment device 50 for adjusting a gap of the head unit with respect to a conveyance path on which sheets are conveyed. The gap adjustment device 50 comprises: a shaft 51A; a rotary member 51 which includes an intersection surface 51c intersecting the shaft 51A and is rotatable around the shaft 51A; a stepped part 51S which is disposed on the intersection surface 51c and height of which is changed in a stepped pattern in a circumferential direction; a gap adjustment member 54 which includes one surface and the other surface 542 that are a front surface and a rear surface, respectively, with the one surface facing the intersection surface 51c and with the other surface 542 being in contact with the head unit 11, and which is movable in a direction of the shaft 51A; and a spherical body which is interposed between the one surface and the intersection surface 51c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
