Abstract

To provide a determination device, a determination method, and a program that realize automatic monitoring of equipment with few resources.SOLUTION: A determination device that determines a state of a lamp installed in equipment includes: a region segmentation unit that acquires, on the basis of a reference image acquired by imaging the equipment in advance and position information of the lamp in the reference image, an image of a region of the lamp from a target image acquired by imaging the equipment for state determination; and a classification unit that performs a color classification of the lamp on the image of the region of the lamp.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
