To provide an information processing device capable of reducing psychological resistance of a patient to an actual clinic and person, an information processing method and a program.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an information processing device includes an acquisition part, a behavior analysis part, and an output control part. The acquisition part is dressed up as an avatar in a metaverse to acquire a behavior history of a patient visiting a clinic. The behavior analysis part determines a specific behavior for estimating a state of the patient by analyzing the behavior history.
