Abstract

To provide a notification device capable of performing an appropriate notification regarding a target of a high risk, and a traffic information providing device.SOLUTION: A notification device (10) is loaded on a vehicle. The notification device comprises a control unit which acquires traffic information from a traffic information providing device (5) and performs a notification regarding a target, which may hinder the passage of the vehicle by violating any traffic rule within a predetermined period on the basis of the traffic information. The notification device (10) may perform a notification regarding a target, which may hinder the passage, existing at a dead angle of an occupant on the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
